Great location, excellent city view and very helpful and friendly staff, however the room looked a little old and pillows were too soft. The light in the toilet was flickering at times and although the selection for breakfast was plentiful most of the items tasted pretty blend. Despite all that we had a comfortable stay.

Probably the best hotel I've stayed in BKK. Top notch service. The bellboys were quick to serve at the lobby. Hotel check-in was fast too. All the staff are so friendly. Room is big, neat and tidy. They also offered to swop my room in the 3rd day as my bathroom wall was damaged due to the recent earthquake, and even provided me free food platter as a courtesy of inconvenience. Not to mention the bed was super comfy! Amenities were abundant. The gym was well equipped and has a nice view facing the pool. Location wise just a 5mins walk to BTS Nong Si stn. There's also a 7-Eleven just about 100m away. Breakfast was awesome. Very wide spread of different cuisine (Chinese, Indian, Thai, Western). Love their beverages too (they provide alcohol, cold drinks, juices, coffee/tea, milk and even Thai milk tea). Overall I'm really satisfied with W hotel. Will definitely stay agn nxt time!

Fantastic, relaxing stay. We visited the Mandarin Oriental next door for tea and have to say that, although MO is a wonderful hotel, we found the Shangri La to be equally as good, just a little more relaxed.

Everything was perfect. All hotel itineraries were booked upon check-in. The consumption limit of ฿3,000 per night will be deducted upon check-out. Traditional Thai food and gym spa require a boat ride to the opposite side. V's restaurant and afternoon tea are both on this side of the hotel room, and afternoon tea is served in a 147-year-old building.

Speaking of exploring, the food options in the area were simply sumptuous. Whether I was in the mood for local Thai delicacies or international cuisine, there was an abundance of choices just a short walk away. Each meal was a culinary delight, showcasing the rich flavors of the city. For those late-night cravings, I was thrilled to discover three 7-11 stores conveniently located nearby. They were perfect for grabbing a quick snack or drink after a long day of sightseeing—those little conveniences truly make a difference! Dining at the rooftop restaurant, Sky Bar, was another unforgettable experience. The ambiance was magical, especially as the sun set over the city. The cocktails were innovative and delicious, and the food was nothing short of spectacular—each dish was a work of art, bursting with flavor. Lastly, I must mention the excellent water pressure and temperature in the shower. After a busy day, there’s nothing quite like a refreshing shower, and Lebua’s facilities did not disappoint. It was a true indulgence that added to the overall luxury of my stay. Overall, my experience at Lebua at State Tower was nothing short of spectacular. With its incredible breakfast, fantastic dining options nearby, late-night convenience stores, and excellent room amenities, this hotel is a gem in Bangkok. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a luxurious escape, this hotel has it all. I can’t wait to return for another visit!

The hotel itself is located at the center of Bangkok. There’s nothing to complain about the room but service needs to improve much. We arrived on time to check in but receptions inform us we couldn’t check in until 4:30pm! We had to sit and waited at the lobby. They couldn’t do anything at all. I’m not going back anymore.

Perfect location that is close to many day / night markets, bars / rooftop bars, and restaurants. Hotel rooftop pool & restaurant / bar are decent. Gym is small but does the job. Very clean and decent hotel overall. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend, good value for money.

It’s the little things that matter. Reception was amenable to every request, and if you enjoy showers, the hotels got the best waterfall type shower that any hotel can offer. Amazing breakfast buffet with mix of western Thai Indian and some other Asian mix and fresh mixed fruit juices. Gym gives you a good workout too
