The hotel's service really exceeded my expectations! From check-in to check-out, every staff member was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the bed was comfortable, which provided a very good sleep quality. I don’t comment on this famous hotel, because the software in the same city recommended it to me. I want to book it in Bangor County. As a result, I recommended this famous hotel in Dekor Tianmen, and it is 25 kilometers away. I booked two beds a day in advance. At around 5 pm the next day, I found out that the order was wrong. I returned the order together. One of them could not be refunded. It said that I had timed out and couldn’t refund me. It was really disgusting to me. I couldn’t help it. , I had to change the next day, but I did not check in. The first day showed that I checked in. I will never use this junk software again. The service calls are all automatic, and manual calls cannot be made. The same city software is rubbish.

酒店是剛開業的，我們環了邊境線跟阿里線回來的，目前應該是性價比最高打滿分的酒店了！！！💯💯💯裝修新環境好，非常充足的供氧跟熱水，還提供了一次性鼻氧管，房間挺大，乾濕分離，隔音也很好！！！前台服務跟早餐大叔也很好，笑容滿滿，早餐好吃，誇不過來啦‼️‼️‼️✔️接下來作為遊客，提一點點的小建議啦（希望採納）1️⃣能配上加濕器，太乾燥了（流鼻血了5555……2️⃣早餐部給大叔配個助手吧！！！！他自己肯定忙不過來的啦！！！！又要看菜加菜炒菜又要收拾桌子🤪🤪🤪不過大叔做飯很好吃✌️炒飯菜都很好吃！！！而且很和藹可親，雞蛋剛煮好就馬上拿過來先給我們，太貼心了！！！超滿分給大叔➕雞腿！！！🍗🍗🍗）

一線城市五星級酒店的價格，農家樂的設施，衞生間泛味，浪費我半瓶香水，水壓很小，水温忽冷忽熱無法控制，怕感冒沒洗澡。剛進房間插上房卡，居然漏到下面去了，找來酒店人員看了下説貼的透明膠鬆了，讓兩個姑娘重新拿來透明膠粘貼牢固不至於掉下來，才能取電。酒店人員告知該酒店下半年要重新裝修，還是等酒店裝修好了再入住吧。
