走阿里大環線，最後第二天經過這裏，下了一夜的大雪，酒店環境還是很不錯的，後院有專門的停車場，前台小姑娘服務不錯

在高原這個酒店還不錯，房間大小合適，比較新，床品乾淨，舒適，有早餐，雖品種不多但管飽。唯一不足是前天一名胖胖偏高女服務員態度不好，我房間的床簾壞了報修，她頭都不抬説修不了，雖然後來她把床簾湊活掛上了，但之前的態度還是讓人心裏很不舒服。

衞生一般 房間設施陳舊 服務態度一般 攜程定的是閃住 非要收取了100元按金 早餐饅頭雞蛋2個小菜1個湯 後院有較大車場

早餐非常簡單，綠豆粥 雞蛋 小饅頭及醬菜。位置還可以，有停車場。但是網上評價是真實的，衞生間有頭髮。房間裏有煙味。麪池漏水，不過找了服務員很快就來了，其實很快就修理好了。我覺得應該提前檢查設施，給客户留下好的體驗。

廁所反臭、廁所馬桶是裂的，吹風機是壞的，下水道是漏的，還是大酒店。地面根本沒人打掃的樣子，雖然地區偏遠，但衞生打掃這個完全可以做到，酒店服務人員毫無在意

完美的西藏旅行最差的一次體驗，
設施老舊，就像上世紀七八十年代的一樣，一個房間都是深色傢俱，説有供暖，結果到了半夜12點就把暖氣給關了，這樣做意義在哪裡，零下的温度，結果在最需要的時候就關暖氣，
衞生真的是慘不忍睹，房間裏面毛髮一堆，衞生間地面什麼污漬都有，上一個客人留下來的垃圾也有，杯子上還有別人刷牙的沫
環境真的差的不是一星半點
酒店0服務，根本沒有服務可以言語，垃圾酒店

衹能整個班戈鎮就是個大工地，全是灰！這個酒店唯一的好處是有自己的停車場，適合自駕！但酒店衞生非常差，到處是灰，我自己擦了床頭的灰。地毯也是非常臟。服務還可以。接近500的價格實在是不值！

2024.4.21入住班戈大酒店，房費不包供氧服務，另付租金200蚊一台，這是不合理的！其他縣的酒店房費包供氧服務，住得舒適！而班戈酒店房間比較臟！
