班戈作為我們西藏行的中轉站，必然要歇個腳。班戈可提供的住宿有限，也沒想多高要求。在這家訂的豪華大床，一進去覺得卧室挺乾淨，還可以！沒想到衞生間一直散發**臭，讓人窒息！雖然地理位置**。但是工作人員如果工作到位也不至於吧？畢竟二百多一晚應該做到起碼的衞生！另外前台藏族服務員還比較好，一位**川籍女子態度傲慢，服務很差！沒有任何賓至如歸的感覺

從來不給差評，這次實在忍受不了。快500元一間，當地條件差我接受。可是洗手間臭到無法形容，門還是壞的，一晚上不能閤眼。沒有一次性拖鞋，沒有礦泉水，製氧設備是壞的，熱水要放二十分鐘才有温熱的，牙刷刷的我滿嘴流血。從沒有過的最差體驗！

前台接電話的服務特別不好！網上看就有房間，我們旅行社內部説這個酒店有內部價的，幫我們預訂，前台一聽這個直接説沒房間了！真服了！就非得讓我們原價訂，沒顧客的時候求着旅行社合作，5.20忙的時候翻臉不認人。再説説房間環境300左右的房價特別臟，地面走路還粘鞋，衞生間地面更不用説，被子還有黃色污漬，不推薦！

酒店服務和安全非常糟糕，寫着12點之前退房，十一點半沒到的時候，我們在收拾東西，酒店服務人員也沒敲門，直接刷房卡把門打開了，看到裏面有人，也不説一句抱歉，開口就問我們什麼時候退房！還沒到12點，請問你們憑什麼這麼做？住客的安全完全沒有保障。

賓館廁所竟然是上個世紀的蹲坑，對老年人來説根本無法使用，因為老年人腿部力量很弱，蹲下後根本沒有力量起立，唉災難啊。
