Royal star hotel average good but room cleaning not maintained, bedsheet cover very bad, pillow cover very bad, rajai cover durty and bathroom not maintained. Hotel rooms as per price not good and very high price.

Location was good. Floor was wet and got dirty as soon as we stepped in. TV was not working, No Signal. AC remote was not kept in room. Phone line was not working. Wi-Fi password was not told.

Too many naphthalene balls in the room. Dark brown bed linen cannot be trusted for hygiene. No hot water. Tap water not clean. Bucket and mug was dirty. Otherwise all ok.

Worst experience ever. Even with confirmed booking they mentioned that rooms are not available as they already have offline customers in the room even though we reported before time. Mentioned contact number of hotel was not answered to me nor to mmt. However, the staff helped to get the room one after the other. Thanks for that help to staff members. But nevertheless our trip was all messed up. Will never trust mm t and hotel even after confirmed booking.
