This property is well-maintained and has a cozy, welcoming vibe. It's a fantastic place for families, especially with kids, as the pool and lush greenery create a refreshing and enjoyable atmosphere. The food is decent, but it would be great to see more variety, especially with live counters to enhance the dining experience. One area that needs improvement is the reservation process. The team was quite slow in providing the necessary details, which could be streamlined for a smoother booking experience. Overall, it's a lovely place for a relaxing family getaway, and with a few tweaks, it could be even better!

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I travelled with my colleague s and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the lift, this was one of the nicest places i stayed .

Our stay at YN Hotels was a very memorable one with the front office staff led by Mr Dhananjay Kumar, Mr Ramesh and Ms Nandini providing excellent support alongwith the other housekeeping and kitchen staff. Our one week stay was ot of this world experience. I give 5/5 for overall hotel stay.

Location is ok for airport passenges. It is about 13 km took 20 minutes. Check in was smooth. Room was ok, but small. Ok for overnight stay. Wash room toilet was not prperly cleaned. Exhaust fan was sounding crack when switch on or switch off. Bucket and mug requested was not provided. Restaurants food is good but service not proper. Staff need to be trained. You have to ask for spoons every time. Even pick up spoon were not available for buffet items. Sleep disturbance at the night from room above 107.some sound like grinding og stone. Costwise good budget. ***agement can improve cleaning and service easily with proper supervision and training.

Good service and staffs were happy to help. To and fro airport travel was arranged by staff. Food was also ordered.

It was very good stay with parking. Hotel is maintained well, food is good in the restaurant but lack of enough car parking is a pain in the neck, being in jayanagar 4th block.

I was on a short trip to Bangalore and needed a hotel that was convenient to the various offices I was visiting. The staff was courteous and always willing to help. Christmas Brunch was superb. Amazing breakfast spread and the pool/gym were as usual well maintained. We enjoyed the meal.

I have stayed here for 14 days. Faced some issues with hot water but resolved quickly. Very good double bed rooms with all facilities. Staff are so humble. As other hotels rooms are cleaned everyday.
