If the outsiders go to travel jw Marriott or oakwood hotel location is better, life is more convenient. It is in the best shopping mall ub city together. It is convenient to eat. Ritz is very good, but the surrounding is not convenient, one kilometer away from ubcity, one person is not safe. It’s hard to find a taxi. I’m always worried about it, or you have to have a taxi software ola. (India, the water quality is not good enough, the towel is not soft enough, the service is very good).

The room is more sanitary, the bed is relatively dry! The front desk and the waiter are more polite and respectful! The restaurant on the fourth floor also has some Chinese dishes! The key is the air conditioning in the room, which is actually blowing against the bed. It is easy to be blown by a cold at night. I have turned off the air conditioner to sleep! Then the room looks a little small! The surrounding area is relatively convenient. There is a TAJ hotel 200 meters from the right door. There is a memories of China restaurant, but the price is very high! There are also some shopping malls and major banks nearby, including HSBC.

A small hotel, but the service is very detailed, more than a lot of five stars. For example, after going out, the cleaners put the slippers on the bed, or a cushion when cleaning. At dinner, there was a dish that didn't taste good, and the foreman kept insisting that I agree to make a new one for them. The whole is polite and polite. Mosquito coils are always inserted. The property is located in the lane right next to the G***da mall and looks pretty decent from the outside, also has some parking space. The stay was for about 7 days in room#4403, room was comfortable and clean, with satisfactory house-keeping. However, there are a number of other minor things that actually became a bother on a few occasions, such as 1. The AC was too noisy which caused a disturbed sleep 2. The shower console did not have a door (broken??) and the ***y of the faucets were blocked/jammed, would prefer a simple faucet and shower instead of a semi-functional fancy shower console. 3. Found some of the towels and bed-sheet to be worn out and torn. 4. Though clean, the wooden furniture need varnishing as they are stained with all kinds of marks all over. Perhaps the biggest overhaul that is required is in the restaurant & room service area. The menu at the restaurant is not adequate (very limited options) and the food quality average. The breakfast spread needs to improve, with adequate supply of the items (on multiple occasions found the breakfast items to be short), the tea cups need to be changed as most of them are cracked and chipped. The room service also needs to improve.....once my dinner was sent to a different room, I had to call and inquire and only then it was sent to my room after more than 1 hr from placing the order. The last piece was at the time of check-out....they didn't have a POS machine....had to go all the way to an ATM to get cash and make the payment.....that is primitive!!! The only plus points are the cleanliness (good housekeeping) and the location (proximity to my work place), which will probably make to take a second dig at this place.

These individuals have portrayed such great hospitality and service level beyond excellence throughout my stay in Olive. Indeed a blessing to Embassy group for having them. This is my 2nd round of stay in the bustling city of Bangalore. Situated right in the heart of Bangalore, Olive is definitely my first choice amongst some other accommodations I've stayed in during my month long trip here. Equipped with all the basic necessities such as the TV, AC, water heater, WiFi and etc, Olive also offers a complete set up of meeting hall, private meeting room, and a game room which caters to my work needs. The location is so strategic that everything is just within minutes of walking distances. As I'm travelling solo away from my home country, I will always factor in 2 considerations when it comes to my choice of accommodation. Cleanliness & Feeling-at-home. From the front doorway to my room, the entire vicinity is always well maintained and clean at the best level. To my best understanding, Olive Magrath is always fully booked and occupied but they are still able to keep the cleanliness level with that ***y visitors in and out of the area. Perfect. Being away from home for a long period is indeed challenging but coming back to Olive after a hectic day of work had somehow filled a portion of that ”loneliness” in me, if you get what I'm saying. Those greetings with huge smiles have definitely made me feel a sense of belonging. A highly recommended choice of stay for everyone! Well, please pardon me for being long-winded in my review but I felt the need to properly complement Olive for making my stay here a memorable and remarkable one. Not all travellers drop in early and only few people reach early to various reasons. I don’t understand why this hotel charge guest for early check in!!! Reception first gave me room than later asked for the charge. This is outrageous. At check out, hotel refused to give GST invoice. For business travel, GST invoice is must. Instead the hotel asked me to ask the aggregator to give invoice. It is kind of stupid to ask invoice to aggregator while service is provided by hotel. Height is reception is best in arguing in every single moment be it early check in, invoice, slow internet or whatsoever. I would definitely avoid this hotel.
