I'd already had a booking confirmed with gurram international, which was confirmed by me too over the phone with their owner ms. Saraswati before leaving mumbai. But when i reached the hotel at around 2am, i was almost denied entry on the pretext that i hadn't any pdf from make my trip showing my confirmation. Although, i did show the message of confirmation received from mmt, but it was considered invalid. I'd to persistently request the personnel present there at 2am past midnight to check with the owner about my booking confirmation, to which he very high handedly said that if the owner picks up my call firstly and thereafter approves, only then would i be allowed inside otherwise i'll have to go somewhere else. Fortunately, things went in my favour and i was allowed inside. Thereafter, when i asked for bath towels to freshen up, i was told that i would get them only in the morning by 9am. When i requested the person to at least provide the bath towels by 7:30 because i'd to attend a business meeting at 9 and would have to leave earlier, i was again told in a very condescending manner, that it would be my responsibility to remind the same guy through phone call at around 7:30 am for the same. Toilet pans were also broken. Hence, it would be rather an understatement if i said that my experience with gurram international was just bad. I don't know whether i would want to put up at the same place next time. Thanks.
