Please consider adopting complimentary drinking water in disposable plastic material. current complimentary bottled water had sticker expired and broken sticker in my room!!! and the bottled water was not changed or top up new one daily!!! My room no. 566 (check in: 8-Oct-24 ~ 10-Oct-24). I don't take the picture. I am looking forward to seeing better improvement in this only one factor. The rest of the factors are excellent.

The place is very remote, the glass door on the balcony of the hotel pays attention to the monkey, the air is very good, the hotel staff is very enthusiastic, the facilities are incomparable to China, and overall it is good.

This is for sure one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. 30 minutes from the airport the hotel has literally everything you could ever ask for from the friendliness of all the staff, the superb rooms, excellent restaurants, two big pools, a great spa, lush gardens, and the golf course next-door. The executive lounge and the Indian restaurant as well as the Asian restaurant are all amazing. Large variety of food at superb quality. The rooms are large, not completely soundproof doors but very well decorated great bed, good shower, mine had a separate bath tub overlooking the golf course. The bar area does not have the best atmosphere as a part of the central hall, but there are plenty of other places in the hotel to go for a drink, indoor or outdoor. I enjoyed this to the max thank you for everything.

We stayed one night at the Moxy Bengaluru and found it to be a fantastic hotel. From check in through to check out, the staff were helpful and friendly and were always available to support. The room was really good and as a titanium elite we were upgraded to a suite with a balcony without asking. Our only regret is that we didn’t have longer to enjoy the room and pool area Two negatives that are not the fault of the hotel but worth flagging are: 1. The plane noise is high given the location close to the airport - take ear plugs 2. Do not allow Uber/google maps to define where the hotel is. It is currently wrong on those apps and that will take you on a scary Uber ride to the middle of nowhere. However the hotel did send me a message ahead of time to warn me, I just didn’t see it in time!!
