I'll start with a massive thank you to all the staffs of Olive Magrath particularly Anurag, Pavithra, Albin & Roshan. These individuals have portrayed such great hospitality and service level beyond excellence throughout my stay in Olive. Indeed a blessing to Embassy group for having them. This is my 2nd round of stay in the bustling city of Bangalore. Situated right in the heart of Bangalore, Olive is definitely my first choice amongst some other accommodations I've stayed in during my month long trip here. Equipped with all the basic necessities such as the TV, AC, water heater, WiFi and etc, Olive also offers a complete set up of meeting hall, private meeting room, and a game room which caters to my work needs. The location is so strategic that everything is just within minutes of walking distances. As I'm travelling solo away from my home country, I will always factor in 2 considerations when it comes to my choice of accommodation. Cleanliness & Feeling-at-home. From the front doorway to my room, the entire vicinity is always well maintained and clean at the best level. To my best understanding, Olive Magrath is always fully booked and occupied but they are still able to keep the cleanliness level with that ***y visitors in and out of the area. Perfect. Being away from home for a long period is indeed challenging but coming back to Olive after a hectic day of work had somehow filled a portion of that ”loneliness” in me, if you get what I'm saying. Those greetings with huge smiles have definitely made me feel a sense of belonging. A highly recommended choice of stay for everyone! Well, please pardon me for being long-winded in my review but I felt the need to properly complement Olive for making my stay here a memorable and remarkable one. It ’s okay in other local hotels. Indian hotels are more expensive. This one is cheaper. The rooms are not too big. It ’s incomparable with the domestic room types. It is recommended that you communicate with the hotel before booking.

It was a memorable trip. Services were top notch and impeccable service attitude seen in all staff. Frankly, I have not seen such a high service standards so far in my earlier visits to other countries and hotels. Staff was extremely courteous and made our trip very comfortable in all aspects. Would like to commend one particular female front office staff ms akansha who made all the sincere efforts to make our stay so comfortable. She also arranged to provide us rooms for early check ins as we were very tired upon arrival into the hotel. Please cherish all the staff who made our stay so so comfortable and we felt it like home. Kudos and 7 stars to the hotel for their impeccable and flawless services. Will definately stay again and recommend the hotel to my friends.

Breakfast is too bad, on the top floor, but the environment on the top floor is poor. I feel the food is cold, there are few types and the waiters are not in place. I ordered a cup of cappuccino, but I thought I had a glass of milk and it was special A small cup. .

Indian food is not used to eating

Wasim,suvankar,susovon,dipti very good service , a great customer service skill. Food was great at holiday inn. Just not that but also got a personal attention by the people here . Loving the decor at holiday inn dining area. Great service ❤️

Very, very good, the room is large, the bed is more than 2 meters, the scenery is beautiful, the location is OK, breakfast and dinner are buffets, very good, the best hotel in India!

I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at Grand Mercure hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the high standard of service provided by staff. The room was immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job, ensuring the room was always clean and well-stocked with amenities. Thanks Binto and Tulika for your kind help for allowing me late check-out.

The hotel has complete facilities, good service, and great dining. The disadvantage is that the road outside the hotel is not good, and the sound insulation of the room is not good enough. It is generally recommended
