I booked a panoramic view room. The room was spacious and the bed was reasonably soft, so I was able to sleep comfortably. Above all, the breakfast options were varied and the dosa made on the spot was really delicious. Especially the jacuzzi, sauna, and swimming pool are really the best. Everything was perfect, even the great service from the staff that made me want to visit again next time.

The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.

I've stayed at this hotel totaling 2 work trips spanning over 3 months combined. To be honest, I would not choose any other hotel in this area for such long stays given that I do care a lot about my comfort. The rooms are well maintained and complimented by the excellent room services available here. The food competes with the international standards, and I was quite satisfied with the a la carte menu. To top it all off, the staff over here are extremely well behaved and will go extends to help you out with any of your needs. To exemplify, when I came in for My stay the full hotel was booked for 2 days within my staying period. The staff was able to ***age and inform me of a cancellation and I didn't have to change hotels or my room. I can't help but mention Shobita, the customer facing individual ***** with Ramya, and Joydeb who ensured all of my needs were met. As I was staying for a prolonged period of time, Shobita ***aged a room upgrade and discounts on food as well. With all that being said, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying here in the white field area.

Very upsetting experience. Booked the hotel room on prepaid basis but get delayed at least 30 mins when checking out being told payment was not settled. It was a business trip and my meeting was delayed and almost missed the flight after meeting. Hotel guy firstly checked with booking agent and get clarification the booking was prepaid and let me go. Nevertheless, after a few hours, notification came saying hotel still took payment from my credit card ! On the second day, another notification came informing payment was refunded to me because payment was settled by agent!
