This is a very modern innovative network hostel with hi-tec digital service via their own mobile app at affordable price. Besides common amenities in place they offer some extra online services for guests. Indeed there are some concerns too, like no laundry service or some kitchenette with kettle and few simple kitchenware. That would be of great value for low-budget travelers.

It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

Facing race course, room is clean and comfortable. Pillow need to be improve, I was stayed in other Holiday Inn, they provide a firm pillow, but these pillow is too soft, I have to stack 2 pillows together.

Excellent location in middle of the city, the staff at check in and breakfast is very friendly . Rooms are neat and clean. Tv did not work for over 15 hours and they had to change some box. Booked for watching cricket match but didn't happen . Breakfast spread is good. Taste is also good. Easy to get transport , taxi from hotel to anywhere. Security is good and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Toilet is clean. The guests from other rooms were loitering and woke me at 8am due to loud noises. Couldn't stop them as they are guest but hotel should monitor security and tell them not to make so much noise.

The central location makes it easy to explore Bangalore, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. While there was no bar fridge in the room, at just $50 AUD per night, this is a minor detail that does not take away from the outstanding value this hotel provides. I wholeheartedly recommend Narthaki Boutique Hotel for travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price. Hav stayed in this hotel 5 times since last year. Nice, clean maintained rooms. Toileteries replaced daily. water 2 litres daily. All d facilities of 3 star hotel in affordable price. will come again.

I had an excellent stay at Zion. I found it via Google maps find restaurants feature. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the rooms were clean and hygiene and the amenities, including the room service staff were really helpful. Highly recommend for a delightful and hassle free stay!..
