It is a decent property situated in the central part of the city. The staying experience was good. The staff was very cordial. The front office person Aarti was very clear in communication with good knack of dealing with the customers. It is a good value for money property close to MG road and Church street.

Very good Hyatt hotel, close to the customer location. It is a little more expensive than the company's reimbursement standards. Hotels in India can't choose a better one, and the difference is really terrible. The room is not big, air conditioning is a problem, the most important thing is to travel, after all, traffic in India is a very important issue.
