I stayed at Iva for 4 nights. I initially booked online for 3 nights but had to extend my stay. Shashikala at the reception gave me a really good deal for my extension. She has been most gracious and absolutely helpful in everything. I had a complaint on my first morning here when I ordered breakfast. She noted the complaint and took action. The FnB manager, Jitendra was extremely helpful too. He gave us a complimentary breakfast to make up for my complaint. The staff is top tier here. You can reach them at any time of the day and they'll help you out. Even though it's not a 5 star hotel, the service is on par. It really took me by surprise and I'm extremely grateful. Thank you so much, Iva staff. Now coming to the rooms, they are decent enough and clean. They give the usual toiletries and linen. I requested for early housekeeping a couple of days and they gladly obliged. Even room service doesn't take much time, it usually gets delivered within 20-25 minutes. I usually ordered breakfast and a light dinner during my stay. The taste was quite alright but I can't say much about other items as I haven't ordered them. I do not have any cons for this hotel and its staff. I would definitely come back here if I'm ever in that part of the city and would absolutely recommend it.
