The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was very polite, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel comfortable right from the start.Hotel was good but Here's how you can include the parking issue The hotel is centrally located, but one significant drawback is the lack of parking directly in front of the hotel. Guests may need to park a little further away, which can be inconvenient, especially for those with heavy luggage or traveling with families.
Rate 3 ⭐ --- Cons or Areas for Improvement No parking available in front of the hotel. Providing valet parking or nearby dedicated parking would improve the guest experience

Room is smelling and small. No handwash in washroom no any facilities are available in this hotel, overall not good.

It was a good stay. Had a smart tv and an ac. Hot water worked perfectly fine. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy

The room was good however no parking area accessible to customers. Always had to wait till the hotel boy get the vehicle. Also no room service for changing bedsheets. Did not provide hot water as well for drinking when asked.

I am absolutely dissatisfied that hotel, because of when i am entering the room, they didn't changi old bedsheets and blankets, also ac remote not working, not clean in the toitet also.

The stay was wholesome, the rooms were calm and neat so it was peaceful to be there. There was no disturbance in the hotel and it was a good experience to stay there. We will book this hotel again for our stay
