The rooms was not only unclean, but also the hotel in general is not a good pick. Old and dirty rooms, with poor front desk support. Seems like a business going downhill

Great service. Wonderful comfort. Broccoli and cashew, asparagus and corn dumplings the best. Recommend that this is great value. First rate staff in Dhanapati, Reddy, Poornesh, Prity, Pavel, Reddy always take such good care of every request.

The food and ambience was really good, We were taken care by the staff named Pinky she was really sweet and helpful :) The whole vibe of this place was so lively and welcoming. Hope to visit again sometime soon with my family and friends! Had a lot of fun

We went for a birthday party to Royal Orchid. Ambience and food was really great. Specially liked chef Jagadish’s Appam, paddu, chicken pepper dry and Bangalore fish curry. I would definitely recommend this place and food. Loved everything about this place

If you look at my other reviews I am not a hater. This hotel however was a really bad experience. It is not 4 star or even close to it in standard. If it was 2 star I would have no complaints as you’d get what you expect. I have given a star for the staff who were fine. The room though, oh dear. Cheap bed linen, grey dirty looking towels. The bathroom had signs of really poor repair work in multiple places. No safe! They brought one and wedged it into a unit but it wasn’t anchored so even if we’d put stuff in it anyone could have walked out with it. No card access to the lifts so poor security. Our door frame looked like someone had tried to claw their way out (I thought about it too). Cheap looking old furniture. Just not what we expected at all. We were booked in for 3 nights but left after one (and we only did one as we arrived late and it was too late to change it) and booked into the Oberoi which is WAY better. Breakfast was very average too. Sticky packets of old cornflakes being the only cereal option. View is nice but I wouldn’t pay to see it at this hotel. Stay elsewhere.

The views from this place are absolutely stunning. The hosts are very warm and gracious. Pinky, our hostess ensured that we got the seats of our choice and was excellent with recommendations. Service and food is top notch. Highly recommended
