The location is fine. It is an old property. It is a 3 star hpte. The bed was terrible, It was old & very uncomfortable.

Excellent location in middle of the city, the staff at check in and breakfast is very friendly . Rooms are neat and clean. Tv did not work for over 15 hours and they had to change some box. Booked for watching cricket match but didn't happen . Breakfast spread is good. Taste is also good. Easy to get transport , taxi from hotel to anywhere. Security is good and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Toilet is clean. The guests from other rooms were loitering and woke me at 8am due to loud noises. Couldn't stop them as they are guest but hotel should monitor security and tell them not to make so much noise.

This time excellent food as compared to last time. Hospitality was at its best especially on food zone by Mr pralay ji. He took care of our food service. Room Cleaning was also good. Only tv with act fiber faced problem sometimes signal issue. Hope to see you soon again in the near future. Thank you

The services was excellent I must say , from front office to the restaurant and ends at House keeping everyone is so well trained, courteous and well behaved. Priya as a captain of the cafe has a well command and she knows exactly what a customer wants . Always smiling and provided a great services . The front office uys were excellent specially Saiksth , Madhu and Nikki all three of them has taken a initiative to make me comfortable as much possible, from the checkout till I boarded into my car, all smilling faces has really made my day . Atlast but not the least Housekeeping guys are so awesome to take names like Amit and the night shift guy were so courteous and well mannered soft spoken guys , they have really taken a good care of me whenever I needed the service. Keep it up guys and do shine in your organization. All the best to all 3 departments . Regards Malvika

I had a wonderful stay this time, and I’m especially grateful to the duty manager, James. Despite the peak conditions, he was incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs. A big thank you to him and his team. I’d also like to express my appreciation to Rakesh and Priya for their humility and excellent service. Rakesh went out of his way to assist me even late at night, and Pralay and Ananta were very kind at breakfast. In housekeeping, a special thanks to Susant for his excellent work. Overall, my stay was made exceptional thanks to the dedication of the entire team. Thank you all for making my visit so enjoyable!

I had visited orchid restaurant with my family for dinner. I found a great ambience of staff. Great taste of food especially chicken Tikka Masala and Schzwan fried Rice. Finally I want to appreciate Amrish And Nandi from the restaurant team for their excellent service .
