Very friendly staff and accomodative hotel with excellent breakfast and clean swimming pool

Really enjoyed the food, hospitality. Great food and help by the team. Had a wonderful time. Vinoth and Shyan were very friendly. Ambience is great and food is amazing. This is my fifth time visit here. Mushroom ghee roast with neer dosa is mg personal favorite.

Our dinner at Karavalli, and Vinod/Ranjan took really great care of us. They are proud of the work they do, and the heritage of this place. The ambience is beautiful, calm and the Bangalore weather really compliments this place. The food was true to its roots - simpler but really focusing on highlighting one or two flavours of the dishes. The Ada Pradhaman was beautifully done too. Chef Ramachandran and his team have done a great job :) Will be coming back soon!

We checked in to Vivanta on 5th july and checked out on 7th july2024. They hardly took 2 minutes to complete the check in formalities. Vivanta is in an excellent location,Residency Road.,the heart of Bengaluru. We can walk around Brigade Road and M G Road and feel the pulse of Bengaluru. The spacious room was clean and the sleep quality was excellent. Staffs were all very friendly and helped us with a smile. Mr.Sanjay in the Reception helped us to book a cab and to buy some fruits in the early morning. Mr.Anand in the Restaurant went out of the way to provide us excellent vegerarian food. Overall we enjoyed the Vivanta hospitality.

Recently, we stayed at Vivanta Hotel, Residency Road. Firstly, we really loved the room as it was spacious and had a nice view facing the road. However, I would suggest them to have a more firm mattress as it was too soft. One of the staffs has managed to change something about the sheets in order to make it to be firmer, but we still felt that it was too soft. Apart, from that we were really happy with our room. Secondly, the breakfast was amazing and I really loved the service of the staffs, especially Mr Rajesh, he was very pleasant (im not sure of his name but i remember he said he's from Odissa). They had a good range of breakfast selections, also just to my surprise they had mangoes in their fruit selections as it is not commonly served at other hotels. I would like to thank Mr Nishant and his team for considering my request to make a vegan pancake for me. They made the vegan pancake with soya milk and I would say that it tasted really good and had almost the same taste of a dairy pancake. I really appreciate their efforts to fulfill my request. Hence, they should continue to develop and include more vegan recipes for other selections too. Also, i would suggest them to avoid including milk in their breads as we vegans tend to rely on breads as our basic breakfast. Another suggestion is that, it would be helpful if they could put a tag indicating whether or not a food item is suitable for vegans as this would be easier for us vegans to be more aware on the food selections. Not only that, the staffs at the reception are very warm and friendly. I would like to thank Mr Sanjay for helping us to resolve a sim card issue that we had. He was truly helpful and friendly. The hotel is also located in walking distance to MG Road and Church Street, making it convenient to do some shopping. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to have a stay in Bangalore.
