It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

Room was clean but water pressure was very bad.
Pressure fluctuated and couldn’t get any hot water while showering…
Otherwise ok. But I may stay elsewhere next time

The best place to stay. This was our first trip to Bengaluru. Very nice comfortable rooms, very friendly staff. Room service was quite nice too. Overall a great stay. Stay in the hotel made our trip much more enjoyable. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
