Ankit was outstanding with helping us. He was friendly and very accommodating. The rest of the team also did splendid when we needed guide and assistance.

The rating does not guarantee the real situation, very disappointing to get a room not in accordance with the photo, the toilet door also needs to be repaired so that when bathing water does not make floods, the room door is damaged, the refrigerator must ask, the room phone does not work, the child's play ground area is very dirty and a lot of mosquitoes .

The stay was not that good . I have faced some issues here but then mr. Ankit and mr. Shoib was very nice and provided good hospitality. Very humble and kind .

Firstly, thanks to Roderic for all your support in organizing our 1st Retail Offsite. While I truly appreciate your personal help, I must share that our overall experience at the Ramada property was extremely disappointing due to the conduct of your staff. From the moment I arrived at the venue, there were avoidable issues. Despite our prior discussions, your staff informed us that the microphone and speakers were chargeable. When I highlighted that this had already been agreed upon during your visit to our office, they claimed complete unawareness, which was surprising and unprofessional. The most concerning issue, however, was during our check-in process in the evening after the conference. 1. All guest ID cards had already been shared via email, yet your team insisted on hard copies, making the process unnecessarily hectic 2. We had requested one room to be kept on hold. Despite having a Suite Room available, the staff rudely stated that no rooms were available 3. Their behavior was highly unprofessional — using hand gestures, speaking dismissively, and repeatedly saying “let Roderic come and sort it” instead of taking accountability 4. To make matters worse, the staff communicated in Malayalam assuming I wouldn’t understand. When I responded in the same language, they were visibly taken aback Shockingly, even when my Founder & CEO got involved, the staff did not extend basic courtesy or professionalism. They made him wait for over 20 minutes and continued with the same dismissive attitude. This entire experience was not only disappointing but also deeply embarrassing in front of my leadership team. Such behavior is unacceptable at a reputed property like Ramada, and I would not recommend this venue for any future business events. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure corrective action is taken with your team to prevent such incidents for other guests

Pathetic service and not worth the money stingy with toiletries lacks proper management. Spent 20bk for 2 days but service was not even of a simple hotel of 2k. Very disappointed and regret booking my stay with ramada
