Perfect as usual.

It's such a beautiful property in the middle of Bengaluru. And it's so pretty coz it's royal in look and based on the theme of Royal palace of windsor. If i talk about service, it was top notch, checkin and checkout was super smooth and easy. Room service was quick and really helpful! Food was amazing with so many great restaurants within the property. I loved food at Dakshin. And ofcourse there was big breakfast buffet with lots of variety and taste. I loved my overall experience at this place! 😍 😍

The spread is always more than one can do justice to. The live music and ITCs service enhances the experience. Took my mother for the Sunday brunch. I have to mention the desserts on display for Halloween. We had to cut short on mains to accommodate the overwhelming options. Art to the eyes and equally good on the palette. The pasty chef Raj Kamal and his team deserve a shoutout! The staff that took care of our table (2 people for our table for 2) Mahendra and Sneha remind us why indian hospitality is top of the line. The indian section ( Machar Jhol, Pepper Erachi, Kashmiri Pulao) was outstanding! Couldn’t try the Asian section because we were upto the brim! Coming back soon.

The hotel doesn’t disappoint! Stayed here for the weekend to unwind and boy was I relaxed by the end! Though the staff is generally amazing but few folks need a mention: Chef Suresh with his personal care during breakfast was a class apart, Chaitra from the front desk is amazing with her attention to detail and Param from Housekeeping was polite and diligent as ever! I’ve stayed at several ITC properties and this doesn’t disappoint either!

One of the best hotels for your business trips as well as for the holidays. They have the best of the hospitality with a touch heritage. They serve the best cuisine in Bangalore. Special mention to their Dum pukht biriyani and Mutton Nihari. Don’t miss the happy hours at Dublin.

My stay at ITC Windsor was absolutely fantastic. I must say one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in ITC hotels. Starting from security the way they welcome you and their smile brings that hospitality to you. Then lobby is such an elegant and very beautiful. It’s not less than a place for me. All the staff were well trained and they ensured a very smooth check in. The lady with great smile I think surakhsha who made my day. Then comes to my room. I just say it’s more than fabulous..!!! Such a clean rooms with full luxury. A big shoot out to Mr. Praveen Who is floor incharge and I think Ms. Mamita who heads Housekeeping over there at Windsor, I must say both are really great to deal with and especially Praveen is such an soft spoken guy with great talent of towel decorations. I think he has mastery in it. And in the evening I met Hk Manager Ms. Somyaa who is again a good friendly person who always willing to help. The food that I had at restaurants were delicious and amazing. The ambience is superb. Also I would like to appreciate the pool attendant who is very very attentive to every guest. Also I think it’s Mr. Gopal who was very nice. How can I forgot the well maintained gardens. Special mention to all the other leaders of the hotel who had kept their staff very well trained and hospitality is top notch. Will definitely come back soon.

I was there recently for a staycation and it was nothing less then splendid. From the time I checked in , to the rooms, to the services, to the spa - everything was immaculate. Anurag and his team at front office are so good at what they do!! Kudos to the whole team. The spa facility was the most relaxing and soothing. The room with the garden view was stunning. I spent most of my time in the garden with birds chirping around. Best feeling!! Thanks team ITC Windsor for 3 magnificent days. Looking forward to my next staycation soon.

Had booked the suite room, one of the best stays ever. Extremely clean room with the most friendliest staff. Amazing experience. The room service was another wonderful experience with some amazing food. Highly recommend Windsor manor for some unforgettable experience.

Had a great experience staying at ITC Windsor. Really liked the hospitality. They served the delicious breakfast with lots of cuisines to choose from. Staff is really helpful and welcoming. Would recommend others to enjoy the warmth and hospitality here
