I stayed here for 3 weeks and I must say the service was great, and the taste of the food was great specially the service at Chen nouz. Lira took care of me during my entire stay. I would always recommend this hotel to everyone. Whenever I am here in Bangalore I would like to come back here. Thank you to the entire staff

It was my first time in Novotel Outer Ring Road and really had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and cleanliness was properly maintained. Breakfast spread was 5 out of 5. Mysore trip was really great properly planned. Service was great.

Starting from the checkin till checkout everything was flawless rooms were maintained properly though smaller in size but comfortable. Food served was delicious and hygienic. Everything was good. Local transport was also great thanks for the package.

Well located in IT corridor. Rooms are really good, house keeping is ok (fun towel miniature from house - keeper Prasanta this time 🙂). Food (breakfast and dinner) is delicious and i liked today's specials well explained by service team. Recommend it.

I recently stayed at Novotel outer ring road ..The hotel's location is a major draw due to its closeness to local businesses and shops, making it convenient for those visiting for work or leisure. Novotel outer ring road is one of my favorite hotel in Bangalore... i am from Bombay but when I came to Bangalore for my office work i prefer this hotel only.it is nearby my office..The atmosphere is frequently described as stylish, with a commendable level of service from the friendly and professional staff. Moreover, the amenities, including the 24-hour gym, spa, and swimming pool, are well-received by guests, adding to the comfort and enjoyment of their stay. And I aslo like staff from front office.They are really nice people.. I can remember one boy was there he can't able to talk but when guest need any assistance he always helpe...his name is Syed oo my good he is really well behaved..And there is a girl her name Hiya .I would like to thanks her she is Really Helpful ❤️ good job ..keep doing that guys❤️I would like to visit again and again ❤️

it was a lovely stay……. i enjoyed a lot……… i came for business trip but however turned into a vacation……….. good location also ……….. will definitely visit again soon …………… .. food is also very good and staff members are amazing and soft spoken
