La Sara Regent

This hotel is perfectly located for St John's National Academy of Medicine (the auditorium, where most conferences take place, is just across the main road), and also about one minute's walk from the BDA shopping complex which offers everything from cheap biryani to cheap haircuts. The air conditioning does take a minute or two to get going after one walks into the room and places the key card in the holder, and there is no fan; this combination leads to some transient discomfort on summer days. The wifi works, though very slowly- too slowly for video or even reliable audio calls. The breakfast is standard South Indian, also with the option of boiled eggs if on prefers. It's of good quality. On checkout I could not get a bill for about half an hour because the hotel's card payment system was down, I was led on a wild-goose-chase to a cash machine around the corner which also was down, and as a result I was a bit late for my final day of meetings at St John's. In sum, the location and standard of this hotel are perfect for those who have business at St John's and are on a budget, although the hotel does need to work the bugs out of its technologies (wifi, and payment system).

The hotel is very well maintained and staff are very poite. Warm welcome and smooth check out by Karishma. I recommend this hotel for any purpose.

Good Room , food is excellent TV Hindi & English not available Specially I like the room service and the receptionist . Location of hotel is convenient and nearby by every thing available Including Jain food

While doing a checkin they will be very polite and say everything is possible, but when you do checkout they will charge more and if you mention about the checkin time conversation, they will not agree. Room size is very compact, bathroom kit doesn't contain brush and paste.

Rooms are small but very hygiene,reception is cool room service Milan is so humble ND good mannerd, priyanka is too good.totally enjoyed the stay overall location is perfect to reach will recommend to enjoy the stay at this lasara regent.finaly GRE is doing perfect 👌.

Family enjoyed staying in this hotel, no regret. Worth staying 🥰. Staff service was excellent. Location is beautiful, places are convinent to go anywhere. Family had good time in restaurant having food and drinks.

Lovely property, well maintained I must say. Rooms are clean and linen is even cleaner. Food for breakfast is good too. Staff is the best always humble, polite and carry a smile. Lady at the reception was too sweet and prompt at everything. Boy at the breakfast buffet ensured each customer was taken care of. Overall highly recommended.

Hotel stay was good silent and clean, service was fast from hotel staff. Food was excellent. Transport was easy available near the hotel which most important for me to go around. Thanks to hotel team for giving good stay in bangalore.
