The toilets were not cleaned.
The bedsheet were also torn.
The towels were also hard and torn.

Nothing short of hell, the room had no windows but a curtain, the bed sheet had cockroaches running,AC wasn’t working and to top it off a rat was running freely in the room no sense of safety or comfort total waste of money

Horrible the room and toilet was stinking no tv linen were dirty the policy non refundable deposit because customer can do anything so trusting booking is not at all recommend i required for another room that was also stinking with mosquitoes

1. Some receptionist of the hotel not good 2. Tv remains always closed in may last all visit 3. Maintenance work is poor ( wash cabin door, water supply)

Worst stay. Bed sheet was smelling badly. Mosquitoes could not allow me to sleep well. Tv was not working.

The room cleaning has been requested several times but not even cleaned once yet, the way staff behaves is totally unprofessional and really upsetting.
