I have been here for a business trip staying for 15 days. Over the course of my stay here I have been treated well right from the time I entered the Hotel, till the day I checked out. I was received by the receptionists Alisha and Anoop who sorted out the initial process and guided me well to the room, helped out what are all the things I can do during my stay. I took a single occupancy which had two separate beds (room was actually a double occupancy one) where beds were maintained properly. Compliments like water bottles, tea, coffee, sugar, milk powder packets were already available. You will also get a small fridge, electric kettle to prepare hot water for tea or coffee, a cupboard to keep our stuffs and a digital locker( It was not working and I tried twice with the respective representative to make it ideal to use but it was not rectified, but there is no need for me too so left it as it is). Everyday there will be room cleaning services also as and when required like if we want any cleaning or laundry services and if we hang card outside the door, hospitality team would immediately address it. Ayush Verma, Amit Sharma and Dinesh Kumar were very kind in cleaning my rooms, providing compliments and maintained a kind gesture in addressing guests. Overall it was worth staying here and had a good experience. And you will definitely feel the value of money.
