It was small and very nice if you were staying alone. The room was clean and the system delivered amenities if needed. Also, for people who are not good at English or who want to spend a quiet time, I think it is attractive that you can order everything you need using the chat system on your smartphone. To be honest, opinions may differ regarding the location. I would recommend it if you want to see places like Cubbon Park and the Palace, but I think it might not be suitable for people who are looking for shopping or nightlife. The cafe I was looking for was near this hotel, so I found it very convenient.

I stayed here for 6 days on company travel , staff are really friendly . Services are amazing I would like to mention Chanam , Sal*** and Abhishek in the f&b section in buffet . They were excellent in their work of taking care of the guests needs and fulfilling their request interactions were great as well they really took good care of us. Keep up the good work 💪

It was a memorable trip. Services were top notch and impeccable service attitude seen in all staff. Frankly, I have not seen such a high service standards so far in my earlier visits to other countries and hotels. Staff was extremely courteous and made our trip very comfortable in all aspects. Would like to commend one particular female front office staff ms akansha who made all the sincere efforts to make our stay so comfortable. She also arranged to provide us rooms for early check ins as we were very tired upon arrival into the hotel. Please cherish all the staff who made our stay so so comfortable and we felt it like home. Kudos and 7 stars to the hotel for their impeccable and flawless services. Will definately stay again and recommend the hotel to my friends.

Breakfast is too bad, on the top floor, but the environment on the top floor is poor. I feel the food is cold, there are few types and the waiters are not in place. I ordered a cup of cappuccino, but I thought I had a glass of milk and it was special A small cup. .

I booked a panoramic view room. The room was spacious and the bed was reasonably soft, so I was able to sleep comfortably. Above all, the breakfast options were varied and the dosa made on the spot was really delicious. Especially the jacuzzi, sauna, and swimming pool are really the best. Everything was perfect, even the great service from the staff that made me want to visit again next time.

The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.
