Hotels in Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bang Phli

Cannot be faulted. The hotel is truly excellent in all respects. The staff are, without exception, professional and friendly and they provide a first class service. I arrived late and used the airport shuttle bus, which is most efficient, and was allocated the room which I had requested. The room itself was spacious with a very comfortable bed and a bath with two shower heads. The restaurant is excellent and the buffet breakfast offers a vast choice. The food is very good and I had dinner, which is very reasonably-priced, most evenings in the hotel. If I have one negative comment, it is purely a personal view, but I would have preferred not to have the live music and singing during dinner. On some evenings it was too loud and did not suit my taste, although I appreciate that many people enjoyed it. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel and, indeed, intend to do so at the earliest opportunity. The hotel has a great location to catch a light night or early morning flight. The rooms are quite dated although the bathrooms are huge with a bath and a shower. The night we stayed the hotel was changing hotel group from the Novotel to the Hyatt Regency. This impacted food and beverage services.

Location wise is a good for weekend escape, close to golf area, and pool are good for kids as well. Don’t forget to have massage service.

The location is a bit odd but convenient if you want to be close to the airport. The staff could be more friendly, I guess they are underpaid 🥲 The food is subpar, not many options for vegetarians. The receptionist became more kind on my 2nd day and let me have a free late check out. It’s somewhat a good value for the price ^^

The Amaranth is about 15mins away from the main BKK airport, so it’s away from Bangkok city, but perfect for a layover. I was very impressed with the kind service from reception and the concierge, the cleanliness of the room and facilities, and lovely resort-like layout of the hotel and its gardens. I certainly slept very well in the room, as the bed is comfortable and the room quiet and dark, thanks to the black-out curtains. The food at breakfast had a buffet selection of Asian and Western dishes, including fruit, cereals, pastries, egg station, pancake station, noodles, fried rice, coffee/tea, etc. For a hotel, I found the food very satisfactory. In the afternoon, I visited the Ma Spa for a 60min oil massage. It was absolutely glorious and worth every bit of the TBH 1720 (incl. tax).

Very nice hotel, big en-suite with fridge and washing machine. Balcony oversee the 18th hole green and super easy access to the golf course.

I was greeted at the reception by a very soft spoken knowledgeable guy who could speak English very well. I arrived at 1 am from Suvarnabhumi airport coming from Osaka,so I was really tired and wanted a quick check-in and a good room. I'm pleased to tell you I got both. Furthermore the included breakfast was awesome. Great panoramic view from large windows on the 6th floor..No complaints whatsoever, I will definitely come back. Thank you to all the staff.

At first, I booked one night, then I I need to stay for another night. I called the reception to let them know. The next morning, I came down from the 3rd floor to make the payment for the added night and go out for shopping. When I came back, I met my sister who brought my 2 lugguages that I left at her house. We walked up to my room on the 3rd floor (there is no elevater in this building) and found out that we could not get into my room with the keycard. We were so tired walking up and got so angry. I called the guy at the reception and someone got us a new keycard. This incident should not happen to give bad experience to tme or any other guest. The staffs should pay more attention to give their best services to impress the guests of the hotel.

The deposit has been cashed and locked for 7 working days after the check out , sending email to the bank ! unceptable! Considering all the guests how much money with this system are they getting in interests from the bank every year ? This is not common practice and probably not legal !

I have stayed in Miracle Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel many times. This time, I choose to stay here again because my outgoing flight to Singapore was delayed from 8.35 pm on 14 February 2025 to 1.35 am local time on 15 February 2025. So, I check-out after 10 pm on 14 February 2025 instead. Another coincidence is that the hotel's lift is not working on 15 February 2025 as the local utility authority is maintaining electricity supply throughout the day on 15 February. So I am right to check-out before 12 am on 15 February. Choosing to stay in this hotel is due to its close proximity to the third runway. On the ground during winter, I can see aircraft taking off for the sky on the rooftop swimming pool area as well as at the hotel's car park. The scenery is beautiful although it can be either foggy or smoggy in the morning of winter. The staff are friendly and are all ready to help guests. In the evening, I eat their sweet and sour fish and mixed fried vegetables together for the first time which costs me more than 300 Baht. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel and I will stay here for plane-spotting if necessary again because the hotel makes miracles happen, hence ”You are my Miracle”.
