The rooms are pretty good, all quite new. It's far from the city, but luckily there are big c supermarkets and 7-11 nearby. You can sit at the entrance of the first floor of the hotel to drink, eat and listen to music. The receptionists are basically Chinese. There are many rooms, and it's quite comfortable.

Cannot be faulted. The hotel is truly excellent in all respects. The staff are, without exception, professional and friendly and they provide a first class service. I arrived late and used the airport shuttle bus, which is most efficient, and was allocated the room which I had requested. The room itself was spacious with a very comfortable bed and a bath with two shower heads. The restaurant is excellent and the buffet breakfast offers a vast choice. The food is very good and I had dinner, which is very reasonably-priced, most evenings in the hotel. If I have one negative comment, it is purely a personal view, but I would have preferred not to have the live music and singing during dinner. On some evenings it was too loud and did not suit my taste, although I appreciate that many people enjoyed it. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel and, indeed, intend to do so at the earliest opportunity. Very nice hotel, big en-suite with fridge and washing machine. Balcony oversee the 18th hole green and super easy access to the golf course.

The deposit has been cashed and locked for 7 working days after the check out , sending email to the bank ! unceptable! Considering all the guests how much money with this system are they getting in interests from the bank every year ? This is not common practice and probably not legal !

The Amaranth is about 15mins away from the main BKK airport, so it’s away from Bangkok city, but perfect for a layover. I was very impressed with the kind service from reception and the concierge, the cleanliness of the room and facilities, and lovely resort-like layout of the hotel and its gardens. I certainly slept very well in the room, as the bed is comfortable and the room quiet and dark, thanks to the black-out curtains. The food at breakfast had a buffet selection of Asian and Western dishes, including fruit, cereals, pastries, egg station, pancake station, noodles, fried rice, coffee/tea, etc. For a hotel, I found the food very satisfactory. In the afternoon, I visited the Ma Spa for a 60min oil massage. It was absolutely glorious and worth every bit of the TBH 1720 (incl. tax).

The hotel itself is good, but the location is too far from any tourist attractions.

Quiet accommodation Take the children to relax. There is a lot of space for children to run around and play. The room is clean as shown in the picture. Lovely staff Everyone is smiling and cheerful. Good service from check-in until check-out. Very impressed, will definitely come back to use the service again.

The hotel has a great location to catch a light night or early morning flight. The rooms are quite dated although the bathrooms are huge with a bath and a shower. The night we stayed the hotel was changing hotel group from the Novotel to the Hyatt Regency. This impacted food and beverage services.
