Super nice staffs. Location not in the city but there's food market and 7-11 nearby. Good for business travel. Quiet location.

We checked in late and were greeted by a delightful young woman who checked. Needed to pay 1000BHT as a cash deposit which I was unaware of before hand. Not a big deal at all but worth knowing to have the cash ready. Hooking into the wifi proved difficult and the codes supplied didn’t work but with the help of a gen-‘y‘er in our family we eventually got on. Communication was a little difficult and we were unable to fully understand how to order our breakfast but understood they would bring it to our room. It was late and we were tired after 22 hours straight of travelling and so decided to just go with it. Imagine our delight and surprise in the morning at nine am ( the time we had chosen), when there was a knock at the door and two ladies carried in a fully laid table with cooked breakfast; fresh cut fruit, juice, hot chocolate, pastries and toast!! So no need to worry about what they might choose for us. They make a mini buffet and leave the choosing to you! Check out involved two new staff members, both of whom were warm and friendly, one of whom had excellent English. She gave us some help in how to say ‘thank you’ and ‘Suvarnabhumi’ (BKK airport) while we waited for the cab they called for us. The air conditioners worked effectively, and the bathroom was clean and had hot water. There were no tea bags in the room but there was coffee, a kettle and bottled water! The room was spacious and clean and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to folk.

Services is good But a bit dirty in the room, there should be a better option, will not visit again

For anyone who lands from Suvarnabhumi and wants to stop over at Bangna or has business to do, I recommend this place. It's easy to travel and is near IKEA Market Village Homepro. The staff is very good. The room is clean. It's like staying in a condo at a reasonable price, but it has a hotel feel because there is tea, coffee, drinking water, toiletries, slippers, and the building and doors have tight security.

Some of the noise is just on the side of the road, and the roar of cars all night long is not suitable for people with poor sleep quality who can't fall asleep at night. The location and facilities of the hotel are pretty good. The front desk service is also very considerate and enthusiastic and will help you solve your problems.

The check-in reception was very friendly. Although I randomly chose a place that was convenient for a business trip. But that’s really all. It's convenient, the environment is average, but the price/performance ratio is still good.
