we booked it because its close to to the airport and it serves its purpose, besides that the room is very mediocre and plain. the guy working the desk was super friendly.
just a slightly weird thing was during check in the lady told us she could book us an airport taxi for 250baht while the airport is super close and costed less than a 100 baht when we booked one ourselves.
