Honestly, I didn't live there, but I visited them before I lived there and they allowed me to get a cash refund. It's almost a family house with rooms upstairs for rent.

Not recommended!!.Very no facilities..anything. The hotel is near and you have to walk up the stairs. The hotel is a family business..walk into the street..very far. You can only use the hotel services.You have to walk down to get coffee yourself. There is an elevator downstairs but it only transports luggage.It's really close to the airport The hotel charges 200 baht for a taxi to take you there. But if you call one yourself, you can't. No taxis pass by unless you use an app to call one. Bolt , And you have to eat at the hotel's restaurants only. A simple yet effective place to overnight for transit in Suvarnabhumi airport.
If you have some time in the morning, do walk by the lake, you would be surprised by the views and what you will get to see in the lake!

In general quite good. Airport shuttle is a bit pricey though. Looks quite homey and the rooms are fine. Location is quite remote. So that is a minus. The lake is nothing special really but you can jog around it

Booked this home stay hotel for my boyfriend to spend the night before having another flight as it’s close to the airport.
Friendly and helpful manager Ross quickly checked him in. Room is clean and got everything necessary. Quiet place, has 7/11 shop downstairs.
Good value for money.

It is close to Suvarbhumi airport but its hard to find a taxi or other means of transportation. Its a 10 to 15 minutes walk to the main road. No restaurants nearby and if you arrive late..make sure to grab your food somewhere. Well, if you are just looking for a place to stay for hours while waiting for tour flight, I think this will do. You can ask the reception as well to get a taxi for you. Not the regular rate though. 😉
