Stop the press... this has to be the best resort hotel in the Suvarnabhumi Airport precinct, for that matter in the Bangkok area. The hotel is lavishly decorated and each bungalow is unique, comfortable and relaxing. The staff at the hotel are amazingly friendly, offering assistance with a genuine Thai smile. We enjoyed a very tasty meal at the adjacent restaurant, being chauffeured in the courtesy tram. A surprising, enjoyable and relaxing slice of Thailand.

The place is really nice, but the facilities are too old. If the owner manages the store well and improves the facilities, I think it would be a very good choice. When you go out, there are different markets to the left and right.

The Hotel is close to the airport and the staff are pretty helpful. The big issue I see is about the air conditioning system, no ventilation on the corridors and the rooms are very warm and suffocating upon arrival. You need 15 minutes to cool it down. There is only one restaurant and the food is good except that the quantity of the serving is quite small. I liked the house ice cream anyhow.

Cannot be faulted. The hotel is truly excellent in all respects. The staff are, without exception, professional and friendly and they provide a first class service. I arrived late and used the airport shuttle bus, which is most efficient, and was allocated the room which I had requested. The room itself was spacious with a very comfortable bed and a bath with two shower heads. The restaurant is excellent and the buffet breakfast offers a vast choice. The food is very good and I had dinner, which is very reasonably-priced, most evenings in the hotel. If I have one negative comment, it is purely a personal view, but I would have preferred not to have the live music and singing during dinner. On some evenings it was too loud and did not suit my taste, although I appreciate that many people enjoyed it. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel and, indeed, intend to do so at the earliest opportunity. Please pass this review on to the hotel with my grateful thanks for an exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable stay. Andrew Oliver Room 641 19 - 25 February (6 nights)

The rooms are pretty good, all quite new. It's far from the city, but luckily there are big c supermarkets and 7-11 nearby. You can sit at the entrance of the first floor of the hotel to drink, eat and listen to music. The receptionists are basically Chinese. There are many rooms, and it's quite comfortable.

The deposit has been cashed and locked for 7 working days after the check out , sending email to the bank ! unceptable! Considering all the guests how much money with this system are they getting in interests from the bank every year ? This is not common practice and probably not legal !
