An amazing stay! Perfect for families and full of great facilities! We had a truly wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was above our expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The service was exceptional — staff were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to every little detail. The hotel is very family-friendly. There’s a fantastic water park that kept our kids entertained for hours, and a kids’ club packed with activities and toys. For the adults, the fitness center was impressive — well-equipped with a wide variety of machines and workout zones. Whether you’re into cardio, weight training, or yoga, it’s all here. Another huge plus is the location — just a short walk from a major shopping mall, restaurants, and public transportation. It was very convenient to get around the city. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped, with a peaceful garden and plenty of space to relax. We actually spent a lot of time just enjoying the hotel itself — it’s that nice! If you’re looking for a relaxing, fun, and well-equipped place for a family getaway, this hotel is a top choice. We will definitely come back again! We always enjoy staying here. It was our fifth or sixth stay with this hotel. The services and cleanliness still ten out of ten however we might reconsider our stay during rainy season. The parking lot was full even before 10.30pm. We literally parked in front of the dump station.

It’s a very awesome and valuable resort in Pattaya! You will enjoy very nice coffee on breakfast and 24 hours usage on your room!!!

This hotel was pretty average overall. The rooms were clean and offered decent value for the price. Nothing particularly stood out, but it did the job for a short stay.

It's more a 3 star hotel than 4 star hotel because of the basic facilities & breakfast dining hall shared across 3 hotels. Balcony with a boring view of shops back lane. A big minus. Small Bathroom room with standing shower inside tub, which is inconvenient to get in and out. Breakfast so so in a big canteen like hall. No air-conditioning in the bate all fitness room. Broken basic equipment, a few rusty& plastic dumbbells. Convenient location about 10 min walk to Terminal 21 along N Pattaya Rd. 7-11 store just round the corner.

The front desk staff were quite friendly. The hotel has a large swimming pool, and the rooms come with spacious balconies where smoking is allowed, which is a big plus for smokers. Breakfast for two is included. At just over 200, you really can't ask for more.

The hotel is very new, the room is large, toiletries, slippers, hair dryers are all available, and the hygiene is very good. There is coffee and biscuits in the lounge on the second floor. The only drawback is that the location is very remote, on a country road, surrounded by self-built houses, and you can only go out by taxi. Overall, it is still good, after all, the room price is cheap.

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is a bit small for me and with no good view. Hotel is not in the center of the city, but it is walkable to the terminal 21 (about 20-30 minutes walk) and Lotus supermarket (about 20 minutes walk) depends on how fast one walk. It may take you 45 mins to the Pattaya beach. Baht bus is not easy to catch. Most likely one will need to call ”bolt” for transportation. Hotel is pretty and has a small restaurant for breakfast buffet. The swimming pool is not too impressive me. Overall if one do not need a hotel where is close to pattaya beach, it is a nice hotel to stay.

Originally I was planning to long stay for more than a month. But then, I had very bad experiences and staffs including the housekeeper do not really follow the Manager instruction during my stay. I decided to check out and find another hotel to stay. It was a nightmare. The Manager is very nice and professional but the staffs especially the housekeeper do not really meet the level of standard. Hotel looks very pretty, but the rooms are old and the air conditioner do not function efficiently. The air cindition blows towards my head in bed. I wonder how it is going to be in the summer time. Some blind spots are dirty and full of dust, especially the air condition. The air condition is not cold enough and sometimes, it stops without cool air out. One can smell the strong cleaning solution or chemicals and santiziers, especially inside your rooms. I have been breathing in all the chemicals they use for the hotel. It is very irritated and made me cough all time. My housekeeper coughs without wearing mask when she is cleaning my room and replacing the new bedsheets on my bed. On my last day stayed at this hotel, my housekeeper replaced all pillows which had been sprayed with air fresher. All my bedsheets and blanket covers are contaminated with their santiziers or cleaning solution. I asked the front desk to exchange me at least 2 pillows without any wired smell. In return, they gave me a pillow with blood stain to me. I was very upset and disappointed. I did not try the swimming pool, but the water looks green and not clear. But the areas around the pools is beauty. Hotel location is not in the center of city and not easy to grab the Baht bus. Wifi signal is not consistently. The new the new hotel has been building and pretty noisy during the days until late nights. There is a 7 eleven close by. Hotel breakfast buffet doesn't have too much variety, almost everyday the same. If one is not irritated by any chemicals and not require to stay close to Pattaya beach, then, you may want to try for short stay if the room price is cheap.

Since it's a Japanese hotel, the breakfast was delicious and geared towards Japanese people. There wasn't a lot of variety, but they had Japanese rice, Japanese curry, mackerel, teriyaki chicken, and other dishes. It's far from downtown Pattaya, but it's very close to the bus terminal for Bangkok. It's about 10 minutes to the bus terminal, and you can walk along the sidewalk on a major road, so it wasn't particularly stressful. It says there is a pool, but it's very small, so I think it's only suitable for letting small children around preschool age play lightly. (It's not shallow, just small. It's about the size of a large bathtub in a public bath.)
