Condo is in the center of Pattaya, good location for anyone who wants to live in the center. Nearby market and shopping festival. On the 31st floor the pool is good and there is a gym. When settled, 3 rooms changed and there are shortcomings everywhere. In all three rooms there is floor damage, in one button on the washing machine is not present, in another room the door of the shower does not work, in the other room there is no tv and the wallpaper is damaged. I would like to note that the host immediately responds and offers resettlement to another room. The host is grateful for the responsiveness.

It was a little far from Walking Street and a little off the countryside. The hotel was clean and the pool was very nice. They upgraded my room to a deluxe room with a balcony for free. But the balcony is glazed, so it is not functional, it is impossible to be on it, like in an oven. The furniture is old, the bed is hard, the pillows are not very comfortable. But the location and the hotel grounds are gorgeous. There are palm trees and flowering trees all around, squirrels are jumping on the wires. The hotel does not bother with cleaning the rooms at all. Cleaning must be ordered before 11 am. But ... I asked once, asked twice, the cleaning did not come. In 14 days, the maid visited my room a maximum of 3 times. Sand was everywhere. There are no beach towels. They constantly forget to put water. Previously, there was a microwave in the hallway, now they have removed them. The pool has been upgraded, a slide and a watering can for children appeared.

It's a modern local hotel chain but not my preference even at the economical price. There were a series of little problematic things that would prevent me from booking again. The property is behind the city electrical sub station and on a busy part time for South Pattaya road so easy to miss and a long way to turn around. There was some difficulty and delay checking in. The internet log in was a challenge and despite asking for help still had to figure out on my own. Despite being adjacent to the electrical sub station, they still lost power my last day, a huge explosion on the telephone pole as an insulator blew up, then several hours to repair, so I left early lugging my suitcase down 5 flights of stairs. So not for me.
