Room is very small when compare with other hotel at Pattaya and room service is poor. You will find sand on the floor after cleaning. No kettle for cooking water. No coffee, no tea bag, nothing at all….

Our stay at Akara Pattaya Hotel was absolutely 💯 awesome! The service was truly exceptional—they surprised us in our room with a romantic anniversary setup Such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay extra special. 💕 The pool is stunning, both in the day and at night—a perfect place to relax. The food was also more than we expected, with plenty of options to enjoy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend Akara Pattaya Hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya.

Prime location: Situated in the heart of Pattaya, it's close to the beach, shopping areas, and nightlife, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Value for money: The price is very budget-friendly, making it suitable for travelers on a tight budget. However, don't expect high-end amenities. Service: The staff are friendly. Downside: The rooms are a bit cramped. Summary: This place is best suited for short stays, young travelers, or backpackers, primarily due to its excellent location and affordability.

The hotel is beautiful, with very spacious and nicely decorated rooms.The cleanliness isn’t quite four-star level, but it’s acceptable considering the price paid. The staff provides excellent service. The breakfast is impressively varied and has everything you could ask for: There’s noodle soup, green curry with rice noodles, stir-fried noodles with gravy, salads, an egg station, and even a small dim sum selection including steamed buns and dumplings

Overall, I found the place clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and always smiling. While it's not as conveniently located as staying right on Pattaya Beach, the environment here is far more pleasant because Pattaya Beach itself is just too noisy with all its hotels and bars.

What I always like with Ozo North Pattaya is its proximity to terminal 21 and the Tiffany show! Also it’s just a 5 minute walk to the beach and from there on you can visit virtually anywhere with ease! The facilities are commendable especially their huge swimming pool and large dinning space for breakfast. The staff are very accommodating and helpful and what made my stay this time more enjoyable and memorable was that they gave me donuts for my birthday in my room! I wasn’t expecting for that! And yes this will always be my go to hotel whenever I visit Pattaya!

An amazing stay! Perfect for families and full of great facilities! We had a truly wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was above our expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The service was exceptional — staff were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to every little detail. The hotel is very family-friendly. There’s a fantastic water park that kept our kids entertained for hours, and a kids’ club packed with activities and toys. For the adults, the fitness center was impressive — well-equipped with a wide variety of machines and workout zones. Whether you’re into cardio, weight training, or yoga, it’s all here. Another huge plus is the location — just a short walk from a major shopping mall, restaurants, and public transportation. It was very convenient to get around the city. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped, with a peaceful garden and plenty of space to relax. We actually spent a lot of time just enjoying the hotel itself — it’s that nice! If you’re looking for a relaxing, fun, and well-equipped place for a family getaway, this hotel is a top choice. We will definitely come back again! The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. The breakfast selection was extremely varied — I’ve never seen a hotel with such a wide range of breakfast options. The room was beautiful with an amazing view. The water park was so much fun.

Of course, i wouldn’t expect anything than my previous mercure experience but still a little disappointed. For hotel condition, you can imagine these factors 1. Mercure standard 2. Water park which people walk in wet 3. Pet friendly 4. Light color carpet Looks a little dirty especially hallway. The elevator is under maintenance since July 18th and no sign for completion at the date of August 11th. This is a little inconvenient as 1 guest elevator is definitely not enough (full one will not stop and our family experience this a few times) The room on the other hand slightly better than the hallway. The front seems to be more useful than it usually is. I pay for extra bed and let them know that i will go to swimming pool. They said they would set the bed up ready when we are back and of course they did not. I went down pick up my delivery food the front ask me if i need the spoon. The request is at least half hour before the spoon sent to my room. Only two plus i would give are 1. considerably walkable to beach and shopping mall. 7-11 is in front of the hotel. 2. My children love the water park (it’s a bit smaller than it looks in the photo tho) All in all, if you are looking for an affordable room with ok location and fun water park for your children not perfectly brand new clean with not very much service this is the hotel for you.

Amazing stay! We booked a Space suite. Spacious. Nice view outside the bedroom balcony and windows. Relaxing stay. Jacuzzi was exceptional my son had a fabulous time. Hotel has small gestures that made you feel welcoming. Some snacks and drinks everyday in case you needed some nibbles. The safe wasn't working twice, said it had an error. Our room was right at the end and staff came and sorted it out from the time I called them to finishing the set up took under 10 minutes. 3rd time I called them the toilet had bubbles coming up from the draining hole. Staff came and sorted it out in the middle of the night in 10 minutes. Really efficient service! Making up room was so fast. I went down for breakfast 1hr. Spotless when I came back. Breakfast was really nice. A large variety and we were able to book in advance for 3 different timeslots to choose from. Avoided long queuing and waiting for food. Any nationality would find something they'd like. The water park was amazing! Big enough for my son to get tired. Suitable for all ages. Water wasn't deep. You'd feel safe. Children's clubhouse was nice. 2 floored. Could sign up for different activities, ensured every child had a fair share of the activities. The hotel would give you tokens where you'd be able yo exchange it for a souvenir or two. This was quite a nice gesture. Hotel is around 10mins walk to a shopping centre and some smaller shops. Big enough to get a nice bite to eat and to look around. Memorable stay, would definitely consider coming back! The hotel was recommended by two of my other friends. I thought it couldn't be that great but it definitely lived up to my expectations and I've stayed in a lot of nice hotels around the world.
