The sliding door was broken and could only be blocked by a floor lamp.
There was noise at night and I didn't know where it came from. I didn't sleep well!
The bed was a bit hard! The swimming pool was dirty! ! The room rate was cheap and very cost-effective!

I found a hotel to take my child to school, but the surrounding transportation was very inconvenient. I couldn't get a taxi in the morning, and the drivers were unwilling to come. The nearest 711 was also far away. I still recommend staying in Pattaya.

I recently visited this "hotel" in Pattaya, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I have never written a review for any hotel until now, but feel compelled to do so if I can stop anyone making the same mistake I did. The photos online are completely misleading and the hotel fails to meet basic standards. Here’s what I wish I had known before booking: Unacceptable Hygiene: The room was absolutely disgusting. There were stains on the sheets and furniture, visible gecko droppings and dust in every corner, the room was grimy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in some time. There were used cups and dirty glasses around the room and bathroom, damaged furniture was being "fixed" with stuffed toilet paper in cracks and gaps. There was no toilet paper in the toilet paper holder, mould on the ceiling. I was uncomfortable touching anything in the room because it was so unhygienic and did not open my luggage in case any bed bugs jumped in. Lack of Safety and Security: The glass sliding door to the outside, which is the only way in and out of the room was flimsy, making me feel incredibly unsafe, especially as a solo female traveler. Non-Existent Service: Upon arrival at about 9AM, I had trouble even finding anyone at the front desk to leave my luggage. The lack of staff availability during regular hours made the place feel abandoned and neglected. I did not see any other guests while I was there. Price-Quality Mismatch: I paid a premium compared to nearby hotels expecting a clean and safe room. I had to book another hotel last minute, which was cheaper but leagues better in terms of safety, service, quality and cleanliness. Despite only spending an hour or two, not staying a single night here, and requesting a refund for a room I didn’t feel safe to stay in, they’ve refused to provide any compensation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They offered me to move to a different room but the two other rooms I saw were equally dirty. Bottom Line: Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. There are many other options in Pattaya that offer better hygiene, quality, service, and value for money.
