The accommodation is clean. There is a shuttle service to and from the pier. The breakfast is delicious. The service is good. However, there are only 2 power outlets. Motorbike rental is an additional 300 baht per day.
Privacy is at a medium level.

The hotel is not bad, maximum for one night, the air conditioner blows on the bed, motorbikes are parked right in front of you downstairs, no privacy, breakfast is Thai style

The bedroom is clean. In the early evening, I heard some music, but I could sleep because it was not too loud. The staff were smiling and spoke well. The driver was polite. In fact, all the staff looked polite. You can bring food from outside to eat in the common area. There are plates and bowls to borrow (but no grill). There are no public buses in front of the hotel, but you can walk to the pier in front of the house/market in front of the temple. Walk for about 1 km. You should be able to get there. There is a public bus stop at the market in front of the temple. Even though the breakfast is just rice soup, the food is of good quality, not scraps of pork or chicken. The bathroom supplies are just shampoo and soap. Overall, it's good.
