A wonderful room, which was made with soul and attention to detail, with very friendly and good staff. Excellent view of night Pattaya and sunrise. We really enjoyed sleeping with the windows open to the sound of the sea and the sea breeze.
When there is no wind, beware of mosquitoes. On the second night of stay, I was badly bitten.
Recommendation for the owner: add mosquito repellent to the room and make several breakfast options to choose from (possibly a breakfast option with salad and fruit).

Thank you very much for such a wonderful house. I liked everything very much! The house has everything you need, great location. The house is of course a little old, there are small flaws, but this creates more ambience and the feeling that you are in an old antique Thai house

Excellent
TTanghuierThe room is a one-bedroom apartment with an invincible infinity pool on the rooftop. You can pick up the key by yourself and there is no contact throughout the process. It is perfect for people like me who are socially anxious. The apartment is very clean and safe. You need to punch in to enter the elevator and gym. There is a garbage room on the same floor, and there is no odor. The room has dual air conditioners, which provide excellent cooling and are very quiet at night. Close to the Northern Bus Station, it is very convenient to travel to and from Bangkok. The only drawback is that it is relatively far from the pedestrian street and songthaews. I don't like taking taxis, I always walk to Terminal 21 and take a songthaew. However, if you want to go to Terminal 21, you can walk there directly. It is a straight road out of the apartment and it takes about 15-20 minutes. All in all, the price/performance ratio is very high, I recommend it to everyone!

DDamian BorsiakAmazing central location next to all adult entertainment industry. Good for backpackers I think couples also but not families, a lot of single guys inside. Literally in front of the beach, great views. Staff is friendly and professional. I really liked capsules, enough space, might be a bit cold only sometimes due to central air conditioning but blanket does the job.

GGuest UserCheck-in is strange and unclear. The person who helps checking in can’t communicate well. The bathroom is damp when first arrived. I am not impressed with the room.

AAnonymous UserThe location is in a very noisy area. The pub over the road blares horrific loud music from a very poor band until 3AM. It is impossible to sleep. This pub over the road ruined my experience. The hotel has no elevator. The food is not bad but is quite expensive. There are better, cheaper options nearby. Rooms are pretty standard for a 1970s feel. The AC takes a while before it starts working and then it drips all over the floor. For the price it's not bad I guess. Personally I would rather pay a bit more and have a better holiday. That pub over the road...... With the blue roof..... Killing this hotel for sure.

KKeiichiIt's a wonderful location facing the sea.
Unfortunately, the road along the coast in front of the hotel was under construction,
and the area in front of the hotel was in a temporary state of construction, so it was unfortunate that we couldn't see the coast or go directly to it,
but we could see the sea from our room on the second floor. (The photo shows the view from the balcony of the room.)
The room was comfortable, with a separate bedroom and living room (there was a window inside so you could see the sea).
The restaurant and bar on the first floor is open until late, so you can have fun.
You can hear live music from the restaurant on the first floor from the rooms, which is nice on a holiday night at the resort.
You can also enjoy a wide variety of breakfast menus.

Mmai mai shenGood to stay so relaxing and silent but sometime hard to locate the place everytime need the taxi online book...staff to friendly I got the problem with one cat there because he sleep with my son white t-shirt after I wash it I hang on the table then the cat is bleeding and dirty 😭😁🤣

GGuest UserThe room ,location is very good but one thing is the water service, its run out of water. It happens that after we go for a swimming when we arrived at the room around 9pm,there is no water at all, but the guy / receptionist ( i think ) transfer us on the other hotel room ( i think it is same company but different name ) after that everything is okay. The responds is very quick, if you need something they are there to assist. But need to improved this kind of problem, but is highly recommended.

AA1MANI spent one night here, the service was very good and fast, I really enjoyed the stay here, the beds are quite comfortable and a decent location 😁
