We spent four weeks in February into March at the Sirin. We were in a one bedroom junior suite. The lounge area was a great size with a limited kitchen. The bedroom was also a great size with a massive bed, plenty of storage space and also a safe included. Big TV in living area and also one in the bedroom. Good size bathroom, only down side to that was it was a retractable shower above the bath which in my opinion didn’t work as well as a shower cubicle. There was good air on in both living area and bedroom, TBH we didn’t use it that much. There was a good size balcony with a small table and two chairs with great views looking out over Pattaya. In the living area was a dining table, four ring elec appliance, toaster, kettle, combination microwave and also a good size fridge. The only let down was you had all the kitchen appliances but nothing to cook with, there were four plates, two cups and saucers, two spoons and forks, no knives at all, four glasses. When we contacted reception they sent up a frying pan and a fish slice type utensil. We ended up having to buy, sharp cutting knife, saucepan, chopping board, dish towels and sponges etc. This was a serviced apartment and was cleaned, change of towels and bedding twice a week. There was a good size rooftop pool area, shortage of sun beds and a lack of shaded areas, towels were supplied at the pool. The Sirin was spotlessly clean in all areas. The staff were always very friendly and very helpful, a big shout goes out to ALL the reception staff and the two concierge on the door were absolutely outstanding. The Sirin is ideally situated for bars and restaurants on the same road, approx ten minute walk to the beach. There is also a Batt Bus at the hotel which is available for use by the guests to take you to Jomtien or into town. We were in room 703, it was that good we are hoping to book for six weeks next year.

First of all, this is my second time staying here. The environment is nice!!! But the cleanliness should be improved. Once we checked in at the hotel, we found fluffy hair on the bed. We informed the Front desk, who is in charge of the Duty Manager. She provided the new room for us meanwhile once l went to the new room, we found it again on the bed and found some snacks on the sofa bed!!!!! I could not believe it. I didn't want to complain about it again. I'm not a difficult person but I had to throw it away myself!!! It's crazy for my life!!!!! On the next day, the breakfast is not varied. It seems like a mini buffet (quite small) but it's ok for us. Overall: It is not worth the money for accommodation Cleanliness: 0/10 Staff Service: 6/10 Nevertheless, the hotel must be training your staff about the service more than usual compared with the other property in Pattaya.

we have been here on a family vacation , found this place randomly , nice sea facing connecting rooms for the family good breakfast , polite staffs , out side the hotel there is a baht bus every minute so hassle free to travel central of the Pattaya area , day two we found they do have a shuttle service for the guest which made our travel much easier towards central totally a great place and highly recommended

Location is really quiet and nice. The ambience is more a boutique hotel than a 5 star hotel. Rooms are really loud. You can hear the staff working in the morning and each time the neighbour is using the toilet you think, it is running through your room. Staff is really nice and kind. Food is expensive, but good!

We wanted a hotel in Thailand with a real Thai feel about it , and that is exactly what we received . The staff are all Thai with a wonderful attitude and cannot do enough to make your stay memorable . A large number of the clientele would be German , but there are a good number of international guests also , and we found a good feel about the place , everyone were mixing well , and English was spoken . We had a room with a balcony. , which we found very comfortable , with a good view of the pool . Now talking about pools I have seen pools all over the world ,but this one is huge , and set out in a beautiful setting , it’s certainly the main highlight of the hotel Resort . Saturday night is an event not to be missed a good buffet at a good price with music thrown in for the price , you will need a big appetite !! From our experience , all great business , starts with good management , and the owners of this hotel resort are very much hands on , and you notice this by there interaction with there guest , and they obviously know what their guests want in a holiday , and a hotel . More hotels should take note !! So our final words on the Thai garden resort, is as follows , do you want a holiday where you will find total relaxation , a good atmosphere, and when you enter the resort from all the hustle and bustle of pattaya , it’s a different world ? ?? And to end my review , this is a real resort worth a visit , we came back a second time , the first time for 2 weeks , the second time for 4 weeks WELL THAT SAYS IT ALL !!!!!!!
