This place is as beautiful as the pictures present - really. The price is low compared to lesser hotels and I think I know why: it's quite a distance from anything resembling ”destination activities”. While the facility is amazingly ornate, it was nearly empty during several days stay. Not to say we didn't see people, but the pool was never occupied by more than 5-10 people and there was never a wait at the desk. A missing 5th star is as simple not having any staff near the ”coffee bar” at any time, and while I did find a helpful employee, I was informed that they had ”no ice coffee” (as opposed to the hundreds of shops everywhere in Pattya that had all the ice coffee you wish for. Plan on a 15 min ride each time you ”go to town” and ”return to the hotel”. The pool is wonderful and the area around the hotel is clean, well kept and a nice, quite retreat from ”too much nightlife” if you're just looking to recharge the batteries.

This hotel feels rather warm and personal. Other than one lady, most of the staff don't speak English. Don't expect a swimming pool or international hotel facilities. What you can expect are clean rooms. Breakfast is decent but rather Thai which may be a good thing for some. The place is not walking distance to most of Pattaya”s action but is close to the highway. TV channels are limited. My biggest issue is the design of the bathroom- the fans blows directly on you when bathing and the floor takes a long time to dry. The bed was comfy. Prices are very reasonable but laundry is a little expensive.

Stars put three: The pool is excellent, clean, beautiful, comfortable. Staff is good, good, responsive. You can still appreciate the paradise sounds of birds, good elevator and clean clothes. That's all. Food is straight away very bad. The hotel with old furniture, everything is old enough. The Internet is not very helpful, and it is needed there. It is through the app that you can call a taxi because the hotel is very, very far from the center, and their minibus drives in two hours and by pre-recording. There are a lot of dogs, cats :in the morning there is a lay. Just in this hotel is allowed the content in the room of your living. It is a capet. The beach advertised by the tour operator .... FORGET THAT !!! This is the most disgusting beach. It is very dirty under the cover of the water. When the water goes down and this is every morning (sink), you see the appearance of a dirty, or dirty, dusty bottom. The smell is just a grinding. Just no words what a washing. In the evening everything hides the water and the beach for walking becomes beautiful.In the morning everything will repeat. Here it is. Short if you have already got to this hotel, you can live. Just have to swim, to the city too. Shorter in the hotel you can only stay for night. With a huge number of chinchongs. The yarn is there a lot, but they are mainly on the first floors. Good rest. 😊

Overall it is clean ～ I chose a deluxe sea view room. The room is very large, two bathrooms, excellent lighting ～ Long balcony can overlook the coastline in the distance, there are two 7-11 downstairs, there is nothing nearby at night (it is an advantage and a disadvantage), the price is not very expensive, So the CP value is quite high! There is also a shop cat! Super cute

Very nice apartment hotel. We have stayed here twice. It is super convenient from the seafood market and belongs to the northern part of Pattaya. It has convenient transportation and shopping. We will choose here again,
