Hôtel is very Nice, front desk Manager was very good , we reservate room that normally on trip.com was with pool view but at the front desk they told us that it was normal room , but they upgrade us exceptionally ! Thank you . Tao

Stop over. 25 mins from airport, we got a taxi at the airport (200baht). The hotel is welcoming and the rooms are good with aircon, comfy beds. The breakfast was buffet and freshly made. Nothing to do around the hotel. The area is run down, few local shops lots of street food. Which was delicious We ate at the ladies stall outside Tesco/Locus.

Entering the accommodation at 9:00 p.m., there was no staff available to provide service. **This is understood to be during the long holiday season. We called the room ourselves when checking in. In conclusion, the accommodation had a security guard come to take care of us instead. He's already old. We informed him that he had reserved through Trip.com and he said no, he wouldn't accept it. Are you only receiving items from another company? *Until it's cleared up Before getting into the room It's a waste of time. He doesn't know much and doesn't listen to customers + Uncle's tone of voice and service are not okay. Do we pay friends in exchange for services like this? The price is quite high compared to 1 night, 1,000 + the service received. The room does not match the cover, the air conditioner is not cool, the room is stuffy + there are water stains. **Please leave a message to the accommodation if you would like to receive guests at the event. Do not stay here, I implore all my fellow travellers! It’s imperative you heed my advice or suffer the same consequences! This is actually just a typical local Thai apartment converted into a so called “Hotel” for unsuspecting tourists. Hence, it’s totally void of any hospitality services. You can order room service from their restaurant and the rude staff will tell you to personally go down to collect the food from the restaurant and bring it up yourself or to eat in the restaurant with the additional service charges! Because she’s too lazy to provide room service. Housekeeping is not available every day and forget about calling them to clear the rubbish in your room because they just don’t turn up! I book with Agoda and the price was 531 baht but they insisted that I should pay them the 690 baht rate! When I refused, the part-time manager from Malaysia who is also staying in the hotel behaves like a Thug. He enlisted the help of 3 security guards to threaten and intimidate me even when I did not do anything but insisted for an explanation from them on the double standard pricing for the locals of 500 baht and for tourists is 690 baht!? All these terrible service attitudes from the staffs is the reflection of this unprofessional part-time repugnant manager from Malaysia. He is also a two face fiend. Firstly, he said he will get back to me on the pricing but the next moment he had 3 security guards coming for me! He then disappeared like a coward. I had to leave the place immediately for fear of my safety from one of the security threatening me with bodily harm. They refused to allow me to call for Police but instead took it upon themselves to manhandle me! I left in a flurry when they threw my bags out of the hotel! Such obnoxious attitude towards Hotel guests who refused to accommodate to their demands. Seems the guests have to appease them and not vice versa. Room 602 Eric.
