Cheap hotel for Chinese tourists, breakfast was cold 🥶 cheap and disgusting 🤮 

Nothing else that we enjoyed, the staff seemed depressed 😔 to work there 

Not worth 1,400 baht - Maybe 700 baht? 

Much better hotels than this

I stayed here because it's close to my office.
As a business traveler, this hotel is acceptable.
The way to get to the hotel is full of tall glasses and it's quite dark at night,
but my colleague dropped me by car so it's fine.

If you want to use coin laundry, you need to walk around 10 minutes.
On the back side of Top (small supermarket), there's a coin laundry named "Otteri".
10 minutes was not long for me, but my clothes were heavy, so I needed some power to bring them there.

サムットプラカーン県バーンボー郡のABAC大学の近くに有る8階建てのホテル。ホテルとはいえ場所柄からして、学生寮としての活用をメインに据えていた様子で客室は30㎡以上の少々余裕のある間取りに簡易キッチンやリビング機能も備わる点が特徴。中庭のプールを取り囲む形で客室棟が3棟林立し場違いなほど壮観である。価格以上の満足が得られることは間違いない。とはいえ、バンコク市内方面への交通アクセスが悪いのが難点。逆に、長期滞在目的やバンコク郊外ののどかな田園風景を堪能する目的にはうってつけの至極快適なホテルであると言える。

This 8-storey hotel is located near ABAC University in Bang Bo District, Samut Prakan Province. Although it is a hotel, due to its location it appears to have been primarily used as a student dormitory, with the rooms being over 30m2 in size and equipped with a simple kitchen and living room. The three guest rooms are arranged around the courtyard pool, creating a spectacular sight that seems out of place. There is no doubt that you will be more than satisfied with the price. However, the downside is that it has poor transport access to Bangkok city. On the other hand, it is an extremely comfortable hotel that is perfect for long-term stays or for those wishing to enjoy the tranquil rural scenery on the outskirts of Bangkok.

8 story hotel near ABAC University in burnbo County, Samt Prakan. Although it is a hotel, it is characterized by the fact that the room is equipped with a simple kitchen and living function in the room with a margin of 30 ㎡ or more 々. There are three guest rooms in the form of surrounding the pool in the courtyard, which is so spectacular that it is out of place. There is no doubt that you will be more satisfied than the price. However, the drawback is that traffic access to Bangkok city is poor. On the other hand, it can be said that it is a very comfortable hotel for the purpose of long stay and the purpose of enjoying the idyllic countryside of Bangkok suburbs.

The hotel area is very wide, the swimming pool is very wide, the rooms are clean and simple, the breakfast is good.
