Friendly staff. Helped Changed dollars to coins so that we could use the washing machine and the drying machine.
Got basement car parking for security as the gate door will be automatically open and close.
Also in the morning, you don't have to wipe off/ away the snow on the car!
Got vending machine to buy Aquafina water etc

The location is a little bit far from the downtown but they give us free bus ticket. And it takes 15min by walk. They have little jacuzzi and you can use water machine and drink coffee for free.

Didn’t spend much time at the hotel other than sleeping. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Pool was a little cold but the hot tub was nice after skiing. It’s a 20min walk to the main area of town with the restaurants and shops.

The hotel is on the right hand of the entrance of Banfu town, 3 floors on the ground, with underground parking, heated swimming pool, SPA hall. There is a lift from the underground car park to the lobby and the upper floors.
The guy who checked in was very friendly and patient. We arrived a little early and politely asked if we could check in. He checked and immediately helped us check in.
The room is a standard room, two large beds of 1.8 meters, clean and tidy, very comfortable. There are safes and hangers in the hall, and washing and washing are separated. There are hair dryers, coffee makers, refrigerators, air conditioners. The coffee tastes great.My only regret is no breakfast.
