The facilities in the room are relatively ordinary and a bit old, but the scenery outside the window is very good. You can see the snowy mountains and robes will appear from time to time outside the balcony👍. The service is also very good. The guy at the front desk will help take the luggage to the room.

Beautiful lodge, rooms are large, very comfortable, there is a fireplace, clean. There are questions about the territory, repair work was everywhere.

We were kept up all night as we could hear the people next to us snoring. The walls are paper thin. The staff did nothing about it. We asked for a refund as we did not get any sleep and left early. We were told the manager would call us and they never did. Will never go back.

It’s a secluded area in Banff with beautiful views. The cabin feel was very nice but it was a tad smoky in our room as the previous people must had a lot of smoke from the fire in the fireplace.
Hot tub was a bit of walk
Dinner menu was not something that we were interested in so we headed downtown.
Breakfast was amazing tho.

As always this has been a favourite for us for location and for the fireplaces. Please replace your pillows and maybe change out the rugs/ maybe hardwood floors for cleanliness. Otherwise we love it.

My stay was a 5 star experience from start to finish. Amazing food, clean and comfortable rooms and the best hot tub. My only complaint would be no plug in close to the bed to charge your phone.
