Although a bit too far from town centre, the ledge provides free bus tickets to shuttle between the lodge and town centre. Staffs were very helpful.

The room is big and comfortable with big kitchen. Convenient location with bus stop in front of the hotel. Free 3 bus pass that I can hop-on and off to go around the town.

The environment of the hotel is very good, it has a great landscapes surrounded!

The location of the property was excellent, making it convenient to reach downtown by Roam bus. staff will give you a ticket during your stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable, Had all the amenities you needed both shower room and kitchen. Price for this stay is reasonable. So I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when we get back to Banff.

i really enjoy my stay at Tunnel mountain Resort. The resort is so convinient with the bus stop just in front of the resort and the car parking just in front of our room. The room size is quiet big. and Thanks to Ricah (receptionist) She is so nice and helpful with all of my questions. she explain it so detail and patient. she is very kind :)

Incomplete utensils

Amazing Staff were perfect! Very close to downtown Banff!!

We are a family of 4 adults. We booked a cabin. The big windows and the forest view outside the window are beautiful. The downside is that the two large beds upstairs are too short. My wife and I are both over 170 and 190 cm tall. It feels like our entire feet and calves are outside the bed. It should only be suitable for children~

It was great because there were mountains right in front of me, deer and squirrels, and nature all around.

Service: The lady at the front desk was very nice. She told me how to book a lake tour bus online and provided me with various useful information. Picture 1 is the mountain opposite the hotel, Picture 2 is Castle Mountain, Pictures 3 and 4 are Banff Town

The environment is very clean and the room still has a newly decorated smell. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house, which is very suitable for a group of friends to go on vacation together. The kitchen utensils are also very complete, so it is very convenient to prepare three meals by yourself. There is also a free parking space outside the house, which is suitable for self-driving tours. It only takes a few minutes to drive down town. It is also very convenient to go to Banff town for supplies or shopping. The hotel facilities also include an indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna. We stayed here for four days and didn't see anyone using them. The only drawback is that the lighting in the room is dim.

It was a 5-minute drive from the city, so it was quiet and the view was amazing! The hotel gave us a free bus ticket, so we took the bus to get to the city! It had a good-sized kitchen, so it was perfect for a long stay! There was no jacuzzi, but there was a sauna and pool!
