Hotel with perfect service. points plus - hotel is easy to find - location in the city center - near to Gazibu sports facilities, who like jogging with the best view. - clean and very comfortable to stay. - spacious and clean lobby area, - Playground available for children. - Attractive room design, not boring. - various information is on TV & The TV can mirror if you need it. - Mineral water is provided in large portions, you can also refill it at the dispenser outside the room. - the receptionist is also good, very friendly, upgraded my room. - The security guard is also friendly - I really enjoy the view of Bandung city with rainy weather, so I feel at home in Bandung haha just a little expensive. i had a great expeirence at the Pullman hotel in Bandung, Indonesia. The room was clean and well-decored. The breakfast buffet at the Sadrasa restaurant was amazing as well with lots of food selections to choose from.

The hotel was in good location. Actually was arrvived late about 3pm, we booked 3 room. But just available 2 room with connecting door (nice as i request). But another 1 room still waiting, because the room not ready. We waiting for so long until about 4pm we can check in the room (after i request the housekeeping to clean up the room). After that we had a called, that we had complimentary dinner buffet (for the delayed check in). We was happy. After we arrived at around 7pm, the food was empty. The staff didnt notice that they need to refill the food. Chicken with kare soup was cold. Foods variety was limited. Also a lady in 1 group was complaining: spending 200K/person, but the food was disappointed. Same also we spend extra charge. The next morning went to the gym, i found dirty stuff at men restroom. In the morning before i check in, i try to call the hotel to fix line. But nobody answer the phone. Maybe the mamagement should check it. It was unexpected experience to staying at 5 stars hotel. Need to improve the service

The hotel with a good design makes us comfortable and is always the choice every time we travel to Bandung, the 24-hour restaurant cafe is very helpful, the waiters are friendly both at the hotel and online. Success is always JIRO Hotel

We had 3 rooms the receptionist arranged connecting rooms so we enjoyed this very much. The included breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. On top of that top rated service, we’ll come back again for sure.

Modern architecture and style hotel with quite young and friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool and fancy restaurant / bar next to it (high prices and small portions though). The hotel delivered well for the money, I found the bed and pillows very comfy 👍☺️ PS: One of the few hotels on our Java travel that had TVs that offered proper apps like YouTube and Netflix

It's a very small setup. The room in reality is not as clean as expected. The bathtub is placed at an area with no curtain. Wall between 2 units is low, so next door may peep over. Toilet is quite dirty. I don't enjoy the room. But the restaurant has nice ambience.

Feels like a comfy old hotel but the facilities is still great. Even thought i complaint about the bedlight flickering, the room service immediately change it with a new light bulb in minutes. The breakfast is also quite delicious and variable 👍. Overall, it's still a nice hotel although quite the age 😊.

first check in the lady in front lobby give us smoking room, with out telling us actually it Cleary we asking for no smoking room at booking, when we go to our room my wife almost. vomit, because the tobaccos smell so strong, then we go down to complain but the lady just told us she will sent some one to put some kind of air freshener, and said that the only room available, this unacceptable since we book for non smoking room ,after we said going to cancel. finally she said ok she found another room for us. this is really put this Sheraton hotel in shame to use this lady in check in staff

Location : strategic Cleanliness : good Front office : quick Check in Roof top : OK Breakfast : not variatif AC : cold Water heater : not hot But overall, everything is OK here. Recommended hotel in the city
