Was really impressed by the service at the hotel. I wanted to take a moment to personally thank for the warm welcome and exceptional hospitality Langit (Sky) extended to us during our stay at Moxy Hotel in Bandung. His helpfulness and kind assistance, especially with our request to help with the enquiry of the anklang performance details and with some stuff after check-out, truly made our experience memorable. We look forward to returning to Moxy in the future, and we will definitely recommend it to others. Once again, thank you for making our stay so special!

This is what I call the heart of Bandung! Honestly, this hotel gave me five-star service. I regret not checking in from day one! The room was incredibly spacious and just perfect. The interior design was stunning in my eyes. You have to come here! Although my access card didn’t work a few times, the staff quickly resolved it in under 30 seconds. The breakfast spread had so many options, including a wide variety of fruits. My stomach is so full! I’ll definitely be coming back!

The rooms are quite clean and tidy, but unfortunately there is no telephone line to facilitate communication between rooms and the receptionist

Center of town hotel, got so many either food and fashion street market or mall instead within 300m radius for walk and they have staff with good attitude. However, there is neither no staff to bring your luggages or open your main door and they got minimum amenities at bathroom. The restaurant seems looks old and need small renovation. Overall, it's worth for you to find 3 star budget hotel with standard facility and service.

We stayed one night at King Premium room, room was spacious, very clean with King size bed with 4 pillows, there were a long sofa attached to the window so we could chill drinking coffee while seeing through the city view outside. All staff were beyond friendly & fast responded, especially when we asked for additional towel & blanket, not longer than 10 minutes 👏🏻 The hotel was very strategic, we could reach riau street within walks, there were many cafes, restaurants, street foods & factory outlets. It was a gloomy saturday, so we decided to morning walk until braga street, it was fun since the weather was nice, birds were chirping & many people did morning run & walk. A nice experience, we think we’ll be back stay here again in the future. Thank you for the warmth & friendly welcome courtyard 🙏🏻

It was a very nice experience. Good location within a quiet neighborhood. Very close to good restaurants.

The hotel are old and really need to do refurbished. The carpet in the room is smelly and many items in the room did not well maintained. Breakfast spread are not good too.

Had a great stay. Bobobox is always clean. Stayed here my second time.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but the surrounding restaurants are expensive. Going up is the Ciwalk mall, the movie theater is really well decorated and is the most luxurious in Indonesia. The hotel facilities are basically good, water is free, and it is in line with the price expectations.
