A business hotel located right in the heart of Bandung. We stayed here for a night after a tiring fun day at Lembang, before heading to Jakarta the next day. Didn't expect that there's a proper big running track and public library belongs to the municipal government. It was amazing! What is more surprising is when we open the curtain, view of Bandung city with mountains are picturesque. Room was okay and quite spacious. The pool was small however not enticing, but thr gym looks proper though. Breakfast buffet was just okay, with enough varieties and good coffee.

Small hotel but very comfortable, the atmosphere is quiet like a Bali hotel, the rooms are comfortable, clean, the mattress is large, the location is strategic, there are many food selling around the hotel.

Bbastian16The hotel was in good location.
Actually was arrvived late about 3pm, we booked 3 room. But just available 2 room with connecting door (nice as i request). But another 1 room still waiting, because the room not ready. We waiting for so long until about 4pm we can check in the room (after i request the housekeeping to clean up the room).
After that we had a called, that we had complimentary dinner buffet (for the delayed check in). We was happy.
After we arrived at around 7pm, the food was empty. The staff didnt notice that they need to refill the food. Chicken with kare soup was cold. Foods variety was limited. Also a lady in 1 group was complaining: spending 200K/person, but the food was disappointed. Same also we spend extra charge.
The next morning went to the gym, i found dirty stuff at men restroom.
In the morning before i check in, i try to call the hotel to fix line. But nobody answer the phone. Maybe the mamagement should check it.
It was unexpected experience to staying at 5 stars hotel. Need to improve the service

AAnonymous UserHotel is nice overall. The concept of 24-hour stay is really what attracts guests to stay here. It's conveniently located near a mall, a convenience store across the street, and being close to many restaurants and points of interest. The hotel design is industrial minimalistic with a blend of natural components. Rooms are well organised and equipped. Food is above average, and facilities are decent. The only downside is the limited parking facility which require for valet service, though this is part of the hotel's facility.

HHannoto YangIt,s located at city center and near to almost every where. Jl. Riau got alot of restaurant and can be reached by walking. The hotel services was very good and the room also clean. Highly recommended to stay either for business or with family. The only cons is the parking slot limited, but the hotels provide free valet service. The hotel has prepared hallowen decoration and the food is also good.

AAdhistya FebrianiLocation was amazing, itโs truly near the heart of Bandung, as it was located in Dago. It was a walking distance to some great restaurants (Sagoo, Kedai Nenek, Ampera, etc.) and groceries (Superindo, Rumah Buah).
Room also clean, and spacious. I booked a suite room, and had no problems at all in regards to cleanliness, amenities and no leaking sounds from another room.
However, they didnโt have the drop-off lobby, so guests must carry their own luggages from the basement to the lobby through an elevator.
Parking lots also limited and I can say it was a small space for a basement.

Super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the room service team and the restaurant crew ๐. They really made me feel at home ๐ . I also loved the vibe of the hotel - it's like a fusion of art, comfort, and chill ๐จ. And, bonus! ๐ There are some awesome on-site vendors selling unique goodies ๐๏ธ. I picked up this gorgeous laptop bag that I'm still obsessing over ๐ป. Plus, the hotel's location is perfect ๐. Step outside and you're surrounded by tons of delicious eateries and shopping spots ๐ด๐๏ธ. All in all, Hay Hotel Bandung has stolen my heart โค๏ธ.
