No one welcomes you at the reception, there were three females reception standing, they gave you eye contact but no one knows how to greet you, they asked if I made the reservation, I told them that I book the room through the booking.com but apparently, they fail to find my name so I decided to give the reservation number on my phone. Hand them my mobile phone to show my booking number but just like a robot one of the females took my phone while her eyes keep staring at the computer. Finally, she found my name on the computer, and she just literally left the counter, took her bags and left to the door behind the counter, she didn't excuse her self, what a bad manner for a young hotelier! Second female reception continue the check-in process, she asked me if I need smoking or non-smoking room, while actually, I made the requested online and called directly to the reception prior to my arrival to ask for non-smoking room, and still, she asked for it. what do you expect from reception that didn't know how to put a smile on the face, I guess they also didn't know how to read guest preferred column on reservation forms Room OK, I don't expect much, and the only reason why I choose the hotel is that I need to use a fresh room that near to my own house, as my family is visiting the city. Housekeepers are great, they smile.....finally !!!

Budget hotel. The slight downside is that the cigarette smoke in the middle room on the 3rd floor is very heavy and smelly, there are windows but they are not opened. Maybe there are guests who have smoked there because it is prohibited in the room. Room cleanliness, bed linen, AC are all okay. Location on a big road but not in the city center. Free drinking water is provided in gallons. Going up to the 3rd floor there are no stairs.

Right above a mall so you can get everything by walking down. Overall good and the only thing is a bit of a hassle is the parking is sharing with the mall so it is crowded.

The guest house is quite difficult to find although easily accessible by car because of it's location inside a housing complex. Asking security the direction/using navigation app should solve it. The interior design feels vibrant with the combination of colourful and rich furnitures. The bedroom and shower room are very clean. The only amenities they provided are soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste. As for the breakfast itself... it was OK, although not suitable for my taste. The only downside for my point of view is in the evening, many youngsters would hang out on the porch, having conversations and smoking while the room itself is not completely soundproof nor smokeproof. Overall, it's a recommended place to stay either for business trip, vacation, or short stay. Oh! Don't forget there is a small kitten ready to accompany :)

Every time I travel, I always use a bobobox to rest But honestly, this is the worst bobobox, especially in terms of cleanliness Even though I stayed here a year ago and it was really clean, that's why I stayed here again this year The sheets had a lot of stains on them and this is what really made me feel like the blanket had lipstick stains on it :). But then I didn't have time to ask for a change of pods because it was already late at night and I was really tired. The bathroom is muddy, the toilet spray is leaking. There's no hand soap. The bathroom floor and walls were really dirty. There were lots of stains on the toilet door, like smeared lip cream But the receptionist was friendly, the security guard was also friendly and wanted to take you to the motorbike parking lot

Hotel was cosy and clean. Minor wear and tears in the bathroom as it's an old hotel. It has a mini zoo for kids. Swimming pool is rather small, can get quite packed over the weekends. Service was good, iron and hair dryer are avIlable upon request. Breakfast buffet consisted of mainly traditional Indonesian food. Good spread of choices.
