De Java Hotel Bandung Reviews

The service rendered by the hotel was top notch and definitely will stay again if stop at Bandung in the future. The staff was realy helpful and polite. The process for check on and out was so easy. The room was spacious and worthy for the money spend. Definitely will get other people to stay here if they went to Bandung. The hotel also near the Paris Van Java mall.

This hotel is very comfortable..nearby to mall just opposite..the room is very clean and i get a free upgrade thank you so much De Java Hotel 😁

Unfortunately the swimming pool is under maintenance, otherwise it would be a great stay.

Very strategic location, right accross the PVJ shopping mall

Room ok but toilet need upgrading. Foods on breakfasts is ok only. Some are abit salty. Hotel near PVJ and walking distance to massage convenient stores.

1. Cleanliness is very dirty in the bathroom, even if I borrowed 1 towel, I had to pay 100,000 2. The service was not very good, the swimming pool was not allowed to be used for reasons of meeting. After arguing it was allowed 3. All the facilities can't be used, even the gym, all the equipment doesn't work, the room is dirty and smells musty. Very disappointed

There was a restaurant, including a Japanese restaurant, in the shopping mall in front of the hotel, so food was not an issue. However, the traffic around the hotel gets very bad in the evenings. The room was clean and there were no issues. The amenities were average, but it was inconvenient that there were no face towels. I think the breakfast was average.

Sorry, I was disappointed, I brought 5 families, the swimming pool couldn't be used, it turns out it was true that the review said the swimming pool was used for events, and I experienced that, the children were disappointed that they couldn't swim, many breakfasts were finished even though it was 9 o'clock even though breakfast had still arrived at 10.30 breakfast.

A good hotel to stay if you want to go to Paris van Java, Jalan Cihampelas.. just walking distances. Paris van java is just across the street. But it's super busy just sitting in the Bukit Bintang area. We sat in room 322.. the room is ok because we just want to sleep.. but if you can't stand the smell of musky wood it's a bit difficult.. so far my husband and I are ok. Oh, to the employee whose name is Elly, thank you for helping me book and print whoosh tickets from Bandung to Jakarta.
